Thread: News not good in Norwegian

Hey becase its no Norwegian forum longer here i post it here im not going to transelate , you can do it , I know there is many scandinavian Pips investors here.
I wrote a letter to the Norwegian embassy in Malaysia and I got a answer , so
do not expekt any thing at all .
Its not good news :-(
I dont need to say any thing more.

Ahmad kunne bekrefte at etterforskningen av Pips/Pureinvestor er overført til Bank Negaras påtale-enhet (prosecution unit). Denne enheten gjennomgår etterforskningsdokumentene før de oversendes Attorney General's Office som eventuelt vil ta ut påtale. Etterforskningen av Pips startet i august 2005.

Myndighetene har tatt beslag i uspesifiserte eiendeler tilhørende Bryan Marsden og hans kone. På spørsmål om hvorvidt disse eiendelene på noen måte sto i samsvar med det investorer hadde utestående var svaret negativt.

Ahmad anslo at omlag 200.000 investorer, herunder malaysiske investorer, har utestående midler i Pips.

Det var ikke mulig å si når en eventuell sak mot Bryan Marsden vil komme opp.

Ahmad antydet at norske investorer bør vurdere å hyre opp en lokal advokat for å se på muligheten for et sivilt søksmål mot Bryan Marsden. Dette må likevel veies opp mot indikasjonen som ble gitt om at malaysiske myndigheter ikke har gjort beslag i større verdier tilhørende Marsden.

Its not gibberish as you put it,its the Norwegian language.

Besides prosecution unit,money laundering and illegal deposit taking.What else do we need to brighten the day?

Of course this is not perfect either, because English is not my native language. I have tried to use a good dictionary and my best skills though, so please don't flame me if you find any translation errors!

In my own opinion it would not be a very wise thing to start a private prosecution against Bryan now, it would only slow down the investigation done by Bank of Negara. OK, here it comes:

Exactly!This may not be as black as it first appears.There may be charges that relate to Malaysian laws being broken.These may result in little more than fines.

Perhaps Bryan knows this.It would certainly explain his confidence in pips returning.

As I find it hard to believe that it would be in Malaysian...I would figure it would be in English...

And if you sent a letter to the Norwegian Embassy in the first place...

Why don't post the answer...as the person did regarding the Swedish Embassy?

Finally...why would a person from the BON bother to answer ANY questions at all when the BON on it's official website have posted an ANSWER because of "There has been peoople contacting them regarding this issue"...
