But LK, how long do you look for something that isn't there? I mean, there comes a day when one must call it quits? Not that BNM gives a damn about holding up people's money.....Quote:

Does that mean that BONM can go to other countries and freeze monies in the real estate markets, can they freeze monies in all other courtires stock markets.. I say NO. All they can freeze is money in accounts opened in THEIR bank, or affilliate banks. That would be the PICPAY money processor account. That is but a small drop in the bucket of our PIPS money. I don't believe PIPS has a 2+ billion dollar account with them, unless they were paying over 2%/day to it!! So let them freeze all they want. They can have what I had in PICPAY, I wan't access to my PIPS account. I believe we are getting side tracked here, and looking for a scapegoat. If I losing my mind and off base here, I am sure someone will let me know.

By the looks of it, this investigation into the initial complaint found nothing. Then the bank "decided" they needed to look at the rest of the operation just to make sure nothing is wrong. To me, that seems like an investigation with no end.
BoN hasn't found anything wrong but continues to investigate for the "customer's best interest". As a customer, I can honestly say it would be in my best interest and the best interest of others to move on.
So to say that they will investigate till they find something wrong is a little bit of a misnomer. I think they'll keep investigating until they wear Bryan down and still find nothing wrong.
Good times
I may have heard of the word SERVER as I am a unix admin and an informix DBA, but you are very confused.Quote:

By the same example, I would think someone who knew just what financial vehicles the investments were in could find out.
I dare say, as it has been my experience, that any multibillion dollar company has offsite tape storage. But that is not the point. I would like to know someone is still minding the investments PIPS was involved in. Forget the individual accounts for now, that can be resolved later. It would give me a warm fuzzy if we were assured someone was actively involved in managing the billions.
