i'm just kind of curious or puzzlled why would Bryan want to open a bank in a communist country like cambodia to start with....most of us are aware what kind of government is there....did he think our funds would b truly safe there????...hmmmmmm....makes me wonder....IMHO....have a nice day...Pat

Probably because that is the only country in the world that would allow him to open a bank account....

pippyman...and from what i have heard the guy Bryan supposedly talked to at the bank conviently "DISAPPEARRED" with some of Bryan's funds....thus the reason for not opening the account with the bank....or at least that is my understanding of the scenario from the bits and pieces i have been able to gather.....again...did he think our funds were going to b safe in a communist bank in a communist couintry run by a communist government....makes me wonder....IMHO....have a nice day...Pat

It really doesn't matter on which country the bank from. The main problem is the person, who handle the money for the opening of the bank in Cambodia, introduced by Gary and is disappeared with the money. Hence who is the accomplished for the down fall of pips?

The consultant work on the pips restructuring and the legal advisor helping pips on the international legal dispute are listed as the director/partner in Gary's new company. Hence are they really putting their utmost effort professionally or otherwise by bringing down pips?

The Bank in Cambodia was actually Bought by PIPS/BRYAN.

The Reason for doing this was because it had a (from memory) a Class A License.

This would have given PIPS/Bryan, the Freedom/Ability to Process their own Wire Transfer Transactions, Plus other Services which he had to rely on other Banks to do.

Bryan was after Complete Autonomy from having to Use outside Banks to Conduct PIPS Financial Transactions.

The Money that went to that Bank, was Part of the Setting Up Process.

It is to our and PIPS Misfortune that this wasn't Completed before the Proverbial Hit the Fan.

Exactly. When BM handed over the money to the representative to get the banking license in Cambodia but he went missing after landed there. The representative was introduced by Gary and you should know the rest of the story....
