Tell me how long do you people plan to wait? 6 months, maybe 1 year or how about indiffently. Yea let just wait indiffently, because no has a time line of just how long the waiting period is going to be. For petes sake we've waited long enough.

If we are looking at two to five years of legal action what is a few
more months of waiting for the investigation to finish going to hurt?
We first must know what we are up against before hiring a lawyer
to sit around and wait (being paid by the way) for the investigation
to finish.
All will take its own time to unravel.

I beg to differ on the patience MOST of you may bear to sustain...2 to 5 YEARS!??
Look at the growing edgy responses and demands and as we exchange this moment on the forum, others have called for representation by legal firms to act!
The reality is, the longer this is stretched out, not that we can help it nor BM himself, the sooner & larger the chaos in holding back will become whatever efforts there is to contain the amok put on claims when the fund is close to the point for grabs... the legal way of course.
I realise the smooth and comforting to encouraging advises heard thus far are all very well and needed, but no one in his right mind will try denying the greater flock, thats unheard, will go in for the claims first & foremost when that becomes apparent and accessible... that's a choice I am not pessimistic about, the majority will undertake....incl. the many cheerleaders and others whom I see no further need to make reference here anymore, will occur instead!

That is so poetic and densely phrased that I'm not sure I even understand what it is you're trying to say. Did you too survive the late 60's and 70's?Quote:

You want real numbers how about this U.S. lawyer, $300,000.00 to $500,000.00, Mayalsia lawyer, $285,000.00 to $475,000.00 now these are just retainers. He or she is still not on the clock yet. Oh, what heck let me give a bottom line figure after all said and done $4,000,000.00 to $5,000,000.00 dollars and THESE FIGURES ARE STILL LOW. They are based on that everything flows like glass with no problems. But we all know thats not possible.
I'm well aware that the amounts in my first post were low I even stated that. The only thing I was trying to do is put the issue of legal action in a realm that everyone can relate to. I have found over the years that money and numbers will get the attention faster then anything else. It got your attention!!
Its still my contention if somewhere down the road, legal action is the only recourse who is going to pay? Talk and speculation is find but when the shoe leather meets the road who will pay?
My own personnel view is legal action is not the answer for many reasons. Lets say money is no problem and things start moving forward, how is Bryan, going to view that, one he may say to h-ll with it. two he says I really was trying to bring PIPS back in a restructed format but you refused to wait. again who is the loser we are plain and simple.
Interesting,
Before anyone even thinks about legal action, we should first know where the money is, and we just don't know if there was or is any money anywhere. So how can you talk legal actions when there may be no money to persue? After all, does anyone care about anything more than the money we lost? What else would anyone sue for? If the money is not there, we know who is going away for a real long time, just look at the case against GINS which was a dead ringer of PIPS. Very interesting reading.
Good luck to all, Mike
That sums it up Mike.No sense in putting up a lot of money, only to find out theres nothing in the coffers.Quote:

Absolutely...Why spend dollars if you are chasing after pennies? But then we have NO clue, just like Mike said, if/where the money really is..:waiting:waiting is all we can really do..we have plenty of practice so shouldn't be too difficult!:toofunny:
Ok, so we have waited for 6 months, & we don't want to wait another 6 months, or 1 year, or indefinitely.Quote:

I know this may frustrate many but let me ask a different question now!
What do you guys intend to do in order to stop the waiting?
Any answer to that is Nothing that barely makes sense!
Because this is the case YES!!!
I'd rather wait indefinitely, I am not greedy, I can accept the fact that I did a mistake by putting money in a system I have no direct control of... I'm paying the price of my ignorance & greed, I lost! Now I'll just move on.
When anyone here gets an idea THAT ACTUALLY MAKES SENSE about how to stop the waiting, then I will support it.
But until now all I am seeing is complete ignorance at work.
Sorry to be harsh, but I'm allergic to lack of common sense!
