I did take the liberty to call BoN myself as i was tired of all the rumors.
Here is what i got.

I was put back and forth between people in the bank, before i was put over to Mr. Maslan (pardon me, not sure how to spell the name).

I interduced myself as the administrator Of Rolclub, and told a little about what Rolclub stands for. When he was made aware of this. He answered a few questions.

Q. Can you tell me what the status of the investigations is?

A. We are nearly done with the investigations.

Q. What is the result of your investigation? Or what have you found so
Far?

A. We have reason to believe that things arent all as they should be, and therefor have our Deputy officer to review the findings, before we send it to the public prosecuter. BoN is now positive twards further investigations of pipsinc findings. And further investigation are only done when we have Strong reason to believe "not good conduct of business."

Q.When will we get more information on what happends to pips, and its investors money.

A. I dont know. It might take some time still, as the findings has to go through several places. We can not share information on this time because of our laws. We have to abide by them.

4)
Q. Will you soon update your website with the latest Information?

A. Our legal department has asked us to not share or post to much information about Pips on the Web. When the investigations are done, we will send the update to our public/media department, that will issue an statement.


This is all i got before MR.Maslan had to leave.

Well from his replies to your questions, it sounds as tho that is about all the info that BON will give. Weather they would give more info to a lawyer is doubtful at this point it seems, but you never know until you try.

Dosen't sound much like 'good news is comming, just wait a little longer' to me.

I believe since you probably told him that there are 16000 "investors" here waiting for any kind of news he opened up a little bit. Now we have the truth above. As can be seen the authorities are saying that there was bad business conduct. So I think this is a closure and people here need to move on. Cheer leaders need to put up their pom poms. From what I have heard elsewhere is that US investors MAY HAVE some restitution BUT DONT COUNT ON IT. So in other words after BON has spent their funds and the US authorities have had their turn there will most likely be nothing left. So this is end..... it will never be again. Good luck to all!

I have the upmost respect for what you did. This is NOT the end of the ROLClub and I did not mean it that way. You could just simply chage the name to the ROLLClub meaning just ROLL with the ups and downs of internet investments.... But I think you have a good thing going here.
