I have never posted here before, but thought this info posted in the ROL.club from a retired banker would benefit everyone. Looking forward to next month.
I copied my two posts that should aid members in understanding what we have undergone.

I have retired from 26 years of Banking from New York to Chicago with Chase Manhattan, European American to Harris to ABN AMRO and others between from encode operator to Assistant Head teller to many positions in the Trust Dept. to become a Derivative Analyst.
I say all this to say I did my DD and understand from information gathered that
1) Pips is not on trial and is CLEAR - and if it were not so there would be on record in Panama that this company is not legit
2) PicPay has been under scrunity since after I got in because management was not proactive as Bryan was to put in motion a plan to handle all the withdrawals ( of which my scared friend that got me in would make needless transactions daily ordering checks) I got in with my debit card under Pips as PicPay did not exist Sept 2004
3) Because of the people that cried wolf when the payout process became slow and messed up (every bank contact Bryan would set up or attempt to setup was sabatoged ) now EVERY transaction from Picpay has to be investigated ( WE CALL THIS AN AUDIT which from my good understanding takes time and to do this from data on a computer is very tiring to the eyes) to clear us from any violation of HomeLand Security Laws ( which affects the world not just Pips) THIS I KNOW.
Now as a professional that has processed, verifiyed, and released many wires and checks in Banking period KNOW THIS - EVERYTIME ANY BANK SENDS OUT MONEY EACH AND EVERY TRANSACTION GOES THROUGH A VERIFICATION, RECHECK, AUTHORIZATION AND THEN IT IS RELEASED. therfore when Pips is up and running again don't be surpised if there will be restriction on how many wires or checks you request in a given time because the release of funds process is MANUAL in EVERY BANK and we can create this scenario again.
4) Last but not least having under gone many conversion in the Banking Industry- restructure takes a lot of preplanning and time to implement for all to go well and not create a worst mess than we are already in.
Now a comment and this is an opinion not fact - if I were Bryan watching all the BS , I would be weeding out all trouble makers that called the UN and other places against his direct orders, all those that copied and pasted confidential info from the forum on our banking situation, all those that signed petions for him to be investigated and all potential trouble makers that can't read with understand and open their mouths to express their uneducated opinions to spread doubt to the masses that when all is clear, BUY OUT those type people as this is his right!
Second Post
Here is some history why the slow receipt of our funds from Pips process for all those that THINK that Bryan was not on the ball:
1) Pips grew faster than updates to all the problems it presented could possibly be addressed. eg.. I was able to join with my debit card in Aug at first with 170.00 than in Sept I added more $ for the minimum balance due - PicPay did not exist.
2) Credit Card membership signup was a gold mine for the crooks (with a credit card you can charge more than your balance) they would signup with for example for $500.00 and maybe have only $20 left. Then the crooks would transfer the bad $ to another account so when the debit hits the credit card the charge back would be to a dry account at Pips. Pips lost a little over a million which gave birth to PicPay to this scheme. If anyone look back to the credit card process was labored by Citibank requiring you to register internationally and get a PIN to use it with all Internet transactions, but the crooks wouldn't be able to come this way again.
3) Now we have a lot of scared people when this update came about which in turn prompted a lot of withdrawals and started a bottle neck effect on the bank's side. Bryan tried to open enough banks to accommodate us, however we all know what happen at this point to stop him.
4) If Bryan had been successful to open up more banks we would all STILL feel the growing pains because
A. In any given bank branch tellers are there sometimes for some overtime, but they would never be able to keep up with this pace. It was my understanding they could only process about 30 to 40 wires daily. Please remember banks do not tailor their process for one customer no matter how much fees collected from them and there are so many other functions going on in each branch that Pips' volume would scare them even if the wolves hadn't said anything.
VERY IMPORTANT POINT HERE - Pips was one customer - one account - with hundreds of tranactions daily the banks your manpower is exhausted daily trying to keep up. After a while the overtime is not worth your health.
ANOTHER IMPORTANT POINT FROM THE BANKS POINT OF VIEW- Why so many tranactions from one customer? Red Flags go up - are they laundering money? Than we need to close them down and collect our fat fees now before the smoke clears.
B. In any given bank all over the world there is a cut off time (within their time zone) for depts to report to Fed Desk for all bank to access if they need to sell their surplus or if they need to buy (get a loan) to settle the daily transactions bankwide ( now maybe people can understand why after 2pm your transaction is on the next business day).
C) Pips was creating sometime 700 tranactions daily ( sometime due to scared people that wanted to drain every penny daily, just in case...)
D) I understood Vat started out with one figure for fees than when they thought they had us over a barrel hiked them up. With a middle man processor like Vat we would have been able to be childish every day and take out each penny earned. Remember each transactions has to under go a clearance process ( sometime hackers stole people info therefore a layered process of verification of the funds origin must be trace to the very end ( that why a new pin each time we entered PicPay & Pips to confused the crooks is a very good process).
D) I called PicPay when we a little before we went down to get an update on our own bank setup and was told we were 80% complete - this is the only way ( OUR OWN BANK) Bryan can make good on the agreement for us to have complete control over our $.
With our own bank OUR ACCOUNTS MUST BE IN BALANCE FIRST and moving things around from one server to another in a computer can create imbalances but bugs in computer with a new program is so very common. This verification process at this level is extremely important.
Now after the loyal memberships are verified and the pin # on each visit keep the hackers out of our account we should be able to look forward to a smoother process. I know of ways, but we do not know if and how the crooks may has been able to take from us, therefore I can see why a restructure of Pips on this line so that funds can flow safe, free and faster from our account with Pips to a debit cards, wire or check.
