Since the beginning of the new web site, I was unable to log in because my password contained a special character like "@". I was unable to change my password because this page contains a new field named "Secret question". The "secret question" didn't exist in the old web site, so in the new web site this field is empty and you have to fill in on your first log in.
If you cannot access to the new web site for the first time, you cannot fill in this field and you cannot reset your password or your PIN. The only solution you have is to call or fax to the support.
After a lot of phone calls, the phone was always busy. So I sent them a fax with a screen copy of my last "Member View Stats" page where all my infos are on the page with my ID number and 2 days later they replied to me by email with a new PIN number. So they forgot to send me a new password. I replied to the email with my new query and 1 hour later I received my new password. So, I was able to log in with the original PIN number "0000".
I can access to my account now.
