If you want to talk to mods, please send a PM.
I have deleted your quotation of readymix's post because I deleted his post which was out of line completely.
This forum is not a PIPS forum. It is run by members in an effort to help other members with login problems and other such problems.....
We are NOT able to help you with PIPS's problems......
then go - you will find a very busy man, but one who will find time to talk to you. As you can imagine, he is inundated with people turning up to 'get straight answers'.
Well, Timewise this countdown will at least comfort the impatient and it's fun... this is the least you can say... :-).Quote:

Some IT project deadlines tend to morph into real extended-suffering-lines (whether or not ended by euthanasia, but let's stay positive ). There are several parties involved here. Delays caused by (administrative,...) procedures and consultations aren't all in their hands, etc, etc.
Moreover, (if you believes that) P*P* (is real, you probably realise it's) swimming upstream one of the most powerful rivers that exist.... and it's no conspiracy theory to accept the possibility that it might have grown to such a (competitive) size that some sharks get worried or active and will not worry about poking some sticks in the wheels...
Of course this is speculation, but I guess it's a reasonable assumption... So...
Considering the above, isn't it a little undue to link the legitimacy of this entire program to such timely delivery? I would rather say that the time required for a solution more often is a good measure for the problems one is dealing with.Quote:

So... better than this deadline... we better quit relying on eventual ROLs to come, live our life, let the future surprise us & (try to) relax...
... not imho... I would rather plee for more careful posts as long things aren't tested thoroughly, settled & ready to run... Just reminding the 'YES! Yesyesyesyesyes! Great... it...' (...) 's%$#' or the 'well, this is probably the last issue we've to resolve' (haha) experience familiar to many IT guys (I guess...).Quote:

Well... anyway... If eventually you'll 'have to' come to action at the end of your deadline, I can only hope these actions will be supportive and may have a (positive) difference to the big issues going on.... Unfortunately, such initiatives are rather scarse over here... so I will most gladly read about them .
Good post Hasse, cogent and well reasoned.
I agree with much of what you have said. There are almost certainly great challenges that have to be overcome. So let me explain my position more fully. My 60 day deadline is for us to see some sort of momentum build within PxPS. Not every withdrawal has to be complete, but some witdrawal's ought to be. There should be regular weekly updates. There should be much better communication between the merchants and PxPS corporate. There should be a better payment process in place for the merchants, or at least some time frame as to when a better payment process will be in place. There should be a quicker response time on the helpdesk. There should be some indication that things are getting better.
Otherwise what are we supposed to do? Wait indefinitely? Should I restart my counter at 730 days so that he has two full years before being held accountable?
However, my intention is not to bash PxPS but rather set a timeline for action. If none of the above things have been done in 60 days then I don’t believe they will ever be done.

730 days and counting???
Who are any of you to set any precedences for anyone,,,,,,,,,,,,
You all need to go back to your PIPS acc open up the terms and conditions page and have another read,, section 14. second sentence...
Then reaccess your comments ..................
Twicewise... thanks for your kind words and for clarifying your point... it's a pleasure exchanging thoughts with you.
Indeed... Without coming back to my previous post, you address a fundamental issue here :? ...Quote:

I realise I shouldn't be too proud on my patience as it might have been quite otherwise if I had invested more. And I honestly don't know how long I'll listen to my 'ratio' telling me that (as long as there are signs that management is working hard to get things moving) a loss of patience means I let my personal interest (longing for $$) prevail on the general one (pips, long term perspective)... As such, I guess everyone has his/her own limit to which patience can be 'stretched'.
So please, forget about these 730 days... I admit you'll do me a favour, saving me from the thought of having a finger all around the forum constantly pointing at some statement of (naive) me, made a long time ago  ... I don't know what I would do or think.... Or on a more serious note... even though my time frame may be different, I can't but accept your 60 days... We'll see what we'll get by then .
Take care!

In fact, it says that I will get my money in 3-5 days. I accept that Picpay is having problems delivering right now, but don't tell us to read the terms and conditions of PIPS for a problem that we have with Picpay.
Interesting point of view.
Yes ,but when you request funds from your PICPAY account from where do these funds come,,,,,,,,,,,PICPAY is only a go between for PIPS and you/us,,,,,,,,,,,,,or do you think that the 2 identities are not attached.......
