Default BM's answers to our questions don't add up

when we were asking qustions about pips and BM answered some of them 1 question was are we going to start with 0 balances in the pipsor no and his(BM) answer was no you will not start from scratch now why didn't he just say you'll start with whatever you have in your pips account and another question was is there enough money in pips and picpay to pay and he didn't answer that question now I don't understand why he would'nt answer this question would effect the investigation and how I would guess the knows how much money pips and picpay have so why would effect the investigation.

I'm not trying to start anything but I would like to know what everyone else thinks about these two qusetions and the answers we got

The way i see it for any restructured program to even exist the investigation
is going to have to totally exonerate pips and related companies, given the response Marek got form BN i dont see it happening.

Too many assumptions to be made. Let me see if I can clarify somewhat.

In predicting the future, one can only look at the past as a guide. GW to PI, PI to Pips, Pips to ???

Will you start at -0-? No. It is because you have a portion of a whole. How big? Not determined. Make your assumptions as to why. Money frozen, invested, earning, not earning, and so on.

What will your stock be worth tomorrow? Next week? Next year? You know the present value, but how does one determine the future value when the future is in flux (investigation)?

Not an easy answer, MrLover. It is not a "Y" or "N" answer (right now).

    ArctursI,

I am a little confused by your explanation. Never up to the point of PIPS closure by BN was Bryan mentioning that there is a cash problem (in fact he allways affirmed that the money is there). We were able to see out money any moment on the computer screen (reinvested amount, available funds, pending widrawals). This suppose to be real money. Unless the investment went wrong just in the day of BN's shut down (which is very slight possibility),
    the money should be somewhere.

If the investments didn't do well long before BN's closure then the money we saw on the scren were just numbers and this means that we were lied too.

Not my intention to mislead; allow me to elaborate.

I understand that the answer I gave is incomplete, but if one simply assumes that certain facts are true, then the answer really isn't so cryptic.

Assume: You had $1,000 at Aug 15. IF the funds are all frozen, not earning, then you still have $1,000 at "restart". IF the funds are frozen and/or earning at nominal rates, then you have $1,000 x (rate) x (time). IF the funds are invested (forex, PPP, etc) then you have the same type of formula as the preceeding. IF the calculation holds at 2%, or some similar factor, then you have your $1,000 x % x time. IF, due to fees, penalties, losses, etc. your $1,000 is discounted (as a percentage of the whole), then you would have $1,000 x discount.

In any example, the answer Bryan gave is valid. You will not start at -0-. What you will start at is determined at start up. If Bryan were to come out and say "The [Pool] is earning 10% annually during investigation", it would encourage a heap of unnecessary issues and perpetuate the chasing of uncatchable ambulances. If he says "2% per day", it means that the "investigation" is not really what it seems, as there exist a whole new set of assumptions that no one (here in ROL) has considered.

And so on. The only case for Bryan to be lying is if there is NO money, assets, etc anywhere. As you and others well know, this is not the case. If on paper [the Pool] was $2B and member money was $1B, then regardless of what remains or exists, total assets or holdings is really not the issue (in this question). Bryan was asked if members start at -0-; he said "No". He did not answer the "How much, then" questions as it is (was) undetermined at the time, and may still be so.
