Unpolite behavior will no longer be tolerated on Rolclub. It is allowed to have different opinions, but it is how you express them that matters.

Respect is important in every issue, both job, friends and family.

Beein realistic and skeptic when you are constructive is ok. But beeing negative and destroy other peoples minds and feelings with negativity and fear without any other reson - than your own anger is not!

We need to be responsible for our own actions and don't act like kids not knowing better. We are all grown up people, and I do believe we all want to act that way. This is business, not trolls and terror.

Why we need to explain to those that do not behave properly. I would not spend time correct them, I would just remove them from forum. Period.

If they want to comment in adult level than is fine, but once they cross line of foul language even with *** , it is OUT instantly, forever, done, co-put.

I trust "reading between the lines" is better understood as in detecting the unsavoury message which are malicious and ill-willed that we would respond firmly... the replacement by **** doesn't clear you of your intent to provoke or being unfreindly by belittling others... we just need to be more observant...between the lines too.
