Instead of the bank putting all the pressure on us, we can take an initiative, if agreed by wise counsel, to put the pressure on BN. The banks are subject to the law exactly as we are. It's just that at this stage, they have all the financial resources on their side. We can, if we chose, change that.
We can of course just sit and wait but if this is anything like what occurs with the Reserve Bank or SEC in America, we'll be waiting for three years and more with still no resolution. Chat to people who have had fund frozen in America.
I do think what is important is Bryans viewpoint on this also.
