Default whats all the backslapping about ?

I don't understand all the backslapping and praise for the recent BON inquiry attempt.

While I appreciate this particular persons role as a forum administrator and am greatful for not only the forum but also his connection to BM... my respect for him and your respect for him does not give him any credibility in the eyes of BON representatives. To them he was "...just another pesky P*IPS member to take up my time"
I had an intelligent suggestion for a SERIOUS attempt at obtaining SERIOUS updates but my thread was locked minutes after I opened it.

    http://www.rolclub.com/showthread.php?t=5683

In fact when I first heard M****s suggestion of an inquiry thats what I thought he meant. A professional inquiry from a law firm... from people who know the right questions to ask. You preceed the phone call with a letter sent a week earlier stateing who the law firm is and who they represent. Then when the call is made both sides are prepared to have a sensible, productive discussion. There is no way this idea would cost more than $1,000 from start to finish and we would have real information.

For all the members here who think this latest inquiry provided anything useful. This is essentially the same response that was given from BON about 2 or 3 months ago " the investigation is about finished and we'll be turning our findings over to the prosecutor for them to determine if there is a case"

the way I see it the only thing that was acomplished is the disheartening of a tired BM who has been doing everything possible for the benefit of membership.

I hate to say it but RolClub may have lost a large part of its credibilty with Bryan.

Kevo: Go back and read the response from BON again. It was not the same response as we had before. As for Rolclub losing a large part of cedibility with B***n, what about the credibility that he was losing very fast with alot of members here? WE are investors in this company and deserve a little more respect than what we've been getting.Remember, P**ps doesn't exist if it wasn't for the investors not the other way around.I have never seen a corporation treat its investors like we have been treated.

Thank you Bigopie. I just have a hard time believing that this is now all our fault. That makes no sense at all. Any how you have a nice day also.

Have any of you ever had your assets frozen? Have you ever had a government and/or banking institution freeze all of your accounts? If not, you should hold back your sarcasm concerning anyone's reaction to these kinds of events. I've had a relative whose every asset and those of his wife (separate accounts and his name wasn't on them at all) were frozen and siezed because of mistakes he had made in filing and paying payroll taxes for some employees he had once had. They had been having their paychecks deposited automatically each week; until they could get it changed with their employers, they didn't even have the benefit of a paycheck. They couldn't access the money or savings that they had and came very near to losing everything. So hold your sarcasm...

You are not kidding Everwiser! It is the most horrible and difficult thing. I had an experience with this once and it was a nightmare. Sarcasm has no place here!
    Peace.

Well Everwiser, I'm glad you raised this point.........I do this for a living.I reposess things......I freeze peoples assets and bank accounts. I do it for banks, financial institutions, Goverments and the courts. Anytime someone or a corparation or buisness has funds frozen,The banks and governments will open up lines of communications in order to resolve the situation. The only time that they donot follow this policy, is if criminal activity has occurd and then it is left to the courts to decide.Sorry Everwiser, I could go on & on, But I think you get the picture. Anyway you have a great day Everwiser.

Oh, well since you apparently are aware of the previous reply, maybe you could share with me the "relevent" part of this latest reply that was not implied in the previous one.

While this may be true it is an entirely different issue and not relevent to the pursuit of a useful update from BON. You and many others don't seem to understand that your perception of Bryans credibility serves no useful purpose in the resolution of this issue. While Bryans perception of the RolClub credibility DRASTICALLY affects whether or not he (BM) will continue to honor us with whatever little bits of information he can regardless of your opinion (or mine) of the quality of that information.

Kevo...........Things aren't all that they should be...............positive towards further investigations of pipsinc findings...............further investigation are only done when we have strong reason to believe not good conduct of buisness.
I have never seen any of this posted in any responses from bon before as you stated. I quote "This is essentially the same response as was given from Bon about 2 or 3 months ago". I think it was a little more indepth than the first response.
As for Bryan, He has made mistakes no doubt about it.But Buisness is Buisness and freindship and buisness donot go hand in hand.I entered into this as a buisness as Bryan did also when he took the investors money. It had nothing to do with any freindships. Why do certain people in this forum always try to turn it back to our credibility (members)? The only thing we did was invest in a buisness proposal. We kept up our end of the deal when we turned our money over.
