Default "things arent all as they should be" & "not good conduct of business"

"things arent all as they should be" & "not good conduct of business"

What do these sentances really mean in terms of the investigation?

can a multibillion dollar company be shut down totally and never to be restarted again because of crappy business conduct? or will they get a slapped hand?

sorry, just want to know other peoples opinions on these 2 sentances.

My Opinion is that they found he was running a ponzi scheme, not able to earn 2% per day without relying on new investors spends.

    Cool

    Yep,

I mulled over that sentence myself.

"things arent all as they should be" & "not good conduct of business"

The above statement was the reason for the "raid" of 16th August 2005, so I don't feel we've gained any further information concerning the investigation, apart from the fact that its moving through due process.

Somebody mentioned way back in August/September (could have been Nelson Lee?) that PIPS would not walk away from the investigation without having their wrists slapped BUT would survive (be that in a restructured form agreeable to BoN)

Look at who's posting this! I wouldn't give it much credence (yawn).

Yea, your opinion, and we know what that is worth. How are all the scams going that you are pushing on talkcrap?

I agree! Otherwise, BM would not have posted that PIPS WILL BE BACK...in a restructured format, etc...the wait continues!

I am new here, and would like to ask if the possibility of coming back in a "restructured form" mean that we haven't lost all our money invested? Or will it take all our money to keep PIPS from going under forever? A little discouraged with the wait, I am

I think the bank officer is not allowed to share any good information to the public, so whatever he talked to Marek doesn't disclose any valuable information. Only Bryan who has good feeling about the situation and he gave us all valuable information needed exactly so we better wait for him back.
