I agree with PAULYD and I would be interested in finding out how to proceed in going after the people which I paid $30k CAN. These were personal acquaintances of mine... and I've not really heard from any of them since PIPS went down. I was about to recieve some funds (so I was told) and have never received a dime... Oh, I received disc 1 of the PIPS Bible. That was one expensive disc.

I'm extremely frustrated and I'm going to get nailed big time when I submit my taxes this year.

If anyone can help, it would be much appreciated. I keep hoping that PIPS will be resurected and I will recieve my $30k in pending withdrawals. But I'm dying here because I've been holding my breath for so long.

Bryan do you really think the intent was to "insite people to contact BON"? I hope all the members are smarter than that. And you should know M's heart by now. This forum has never been about crap like that. One person called BON with a very lodgement question, and as Admin had every right to do so.


If we do have a good case B, and if you know it, why can't we as a group get a lawyer on consignment. If he/she can free our accounts in Pips & PicPay, we will pay all their expences, plus $500,000 from our Pips account. If we do have a good case a good lawyer would be nuts to turn that deal down.

We were told that the Pips investment account went as high as a Billion dollars. Am I remembering that right? I think that is worth fighting for. B excuse us if it seems like after a year and more we want to know what's going on. I understand it seems to you like you are working 36 hours a day, but to us it seems like nothing is getting done. B you should be thanking M for that call, he was trying to cover you back, he was not trying to put a knife in it. And he didn't ask anyone else to call. But, it surely was at the point when someone had to, and who better.

Bryan has tried to do something good here and most of you aren't even looking at it that way. The majority of the posts are about your money. Well the last time that I checked there wasn't anyone holding a gun to your head when you invested in PIPs. Whether you invested $1 or a million dollars, it was a risk YOU took, no one else. So if you are losing your house or whatever, I hate that, but you knew the risks.
The last time you were at a casino, did you see how busy the refund desk was? No! Because there is no such thing. This is the same senario.
I worked with the public for over ten years. When I was working on a sitiuation for someone, if they came to me *****in' about how long it was taking, it took longer just because it ticked me off. Why should they be any different than anyone else because they whined.
It has been said here before. If Bryan truly set out to scam us, why would he have let people see his face and be as public as he has been in the past? Think about it!
Bryan started Golden Womb and it bombed. He bailed it out and started PIPs. Is there any reason that he would do different now? If it all fails, it won't be because he didn't give it his best shot.
You whiners can threaten all you want to, but no one here could even attempt to do what Bryan has done. Everthing that Bryan started was not to help me or anyone else. It was to help people that desparately needed it. What we were to get was just a by-product of it all. Did you all forget that the H A in halotto stood for "Humanitarian Aid?"
So if everything goes well and PIPs starts again: GREAT. If not, we are all big boys and girls. Bite your lip and let it go!

If that is the case, you cant blame BM or BON for that one, only for what he or them did wrong. Not a very clever move if you ask me.

I hate it when Pips is compared to gambling at a casino. Give me a break! Where was THAT disclosure ever posted, or stated by Bryan?

in the beginning of the year we were quoted that we are all going to have a good 2006 with pips and that we wont be starting from scratch.

is this still happening? or our dreams with pips fading.

I still have a job and a roof over my head and food on my table but there is a lot others that don't because of pips not paying but what hurts me the most is how BM always crys for going through rough times but don't admit it was mostly his fault for what is/was happing
1 lack of communications
2 no payments for 8 months befor bnm got in
3 closing merchants account when it was our only way of getting money out
4 vta deal going soure for fee's being too much I would've paid the fee and be happy with my money in my bank
5 good news coming soon and nothing happens
and I could go on and on but I would like not to get banned so I would stop right here and wish BM the best and I'm not saying he is not an honest mnan but he made a lot of mistakes and he need to admit them than siting and blaming us for all of this.

I am a retired FEDERAL INVESTIGATOR....so yeah they can slow the investigation...only to an extent, in any major investigation you have time lines and they have to be adhered to. Yes it is terrible that all this is happening, but people are impatient by nature, especially us Americans, we want everything now. Oh well, what is a person to do? In respect to Mr. Bryan, well I am my own thoughts and opinions, I AM NOT A TRUSTING PERSON by nature and career selection, so I will keep them to myself. There is alot that goes into a FRAUD investigation and in the past I have ran them for up to 5 YEARS, so be ready for the long haul. However this is a foreign entity and will run their investigation without any outside (United States Investigative Agencies) assistance or interference!

I am sorry that all of this happened, especially to those who needed it or counted on it...I am terribly sorry if Bryan is having a difficult time, but how can a person actually live without home, money, transportation????? Things that make you go humm!!!

Frustation is a rough on everyone, but when someone is trusted with the all mighty dollar and falls off the face of the earth for awhile....people get concerned themselves and a wee bit frustrated. We want truth and not false expectations...this is the least we should receive after investing money.

Oh, you must be one of the ones who was in early and got all your money back... and now it's all gravy to you. Well, for some of us it feels like we got scammed by the people who got us into it. Yes it was/is a risk, but only for those who haven't received their funds. What about the people who I purchased the Picpay from?... I don't see them on here supporting or complaining about PIPS being down. That's because they've already taken their funds and done something else with it.

So take your "if PIPS doesn't come back to bite your lip" and bite on it yourself.

Some of us have a lot more at stake here than you, obviously.

Looks like patience is the key, as well as living in the present.
