Marek's post - re BON

I was also in contact with BON yesterday. This I did due to the lack of communication from BM and the fact that I have large investments in PIPS.
The gentleman I spoke to was Mr Sit. He gave me the same anwers as to what Marek asked. He did, however, mention that they were at the end of the investigation and that the bank would publish the outcome in the appropriate manner. It amazes me that Bryan Marsden could not have just passed on that information to his members, which has caused many members to become frustrated. I will be taking this matter further as Mr Marsen has choosen not to enlighten his investors, which is bad business practise all round.

Communication has broken down completely with Bryan..

In all fairness to BM he did say he would not discuss pips until BNM had finished the investigation.Bryan may be totally gagged from contact with the membership for one reason or the other.We must wait and see the severity of the findings.

Carolinem, when you next return with your personal evaluation / findings, can you also confirm with the said "gentleman" or perhaps another in his absence, whether a gag order was in place in light of the sensitivity arising from it all or there was NONE to suggest or imposed? This will somewhat endorse anyone's fuelling doubt as we now can fathom from impatience to sheer outrage by all the sudden "blessed & pious" Pipsters turning religiously coy here...:flame::blueh:
