Thread: Post PICPAY Order Date for Merchant Purchases.

Hi all,
I ordered from an merchant thru Picpay on the 26th June and
my order number is ****. When the order goes to "shipped" from "Open" the merchant has requested payment but has not received the actual funds. I was wondering if other members would be interested
in posting the order number here so we could estimate when our picpay will be verified and the purchase process has started?? :)

I am a merchant and we have payments pending from the 15th of May onwards, we did however receive one payment from an earlier date.
Will keep you all posted if they start to move again as we have been promised on numerous occasions that they would but never.

Also a merchant.

Orders from May still not verifiied. Earliest check still pending. May 26th.

Let not have buyers submit in this thread orders and when they placed them.

Sorry, but it is a useless idea as they have been jumping around with orders.

Buyers listing their order dates does nothing for anyone.

Could I ask everybody to please refrain from sending us emails about the expected time of deliveries. We currently have outstanding withdrawals from May 18, 24, 26, ,29 June 16 (2). We have spent much time on the phone trying to get an answer. Whilst we hope to receive funds at some point in the future, we can't say for sure when that will be. In the meantime we will need to put our efforts into our other businesses which do pay on time. We will therefore have this business on a caretaker basis until such times as we receive the payment we have been promised which is 1.2M in outstanding withdrawals and close to 1.8M in unverified orders. It frustrates me that no one in Picpay returns phone calls or can give time lines for payments that they adhere to. I thank you for your patronage and assure you that we will hang in here for the good of all the members who have bought through us and are relying on us to deliver some value for their picpay. As soon as something changes this page will be updated and you will be emailed if you ordered up until June 8

Hi,

I also ordered from a merchant through Picpay, but there is no "open" status, but only "pending" status which still remains "pending" until now !!!
Is that normal ?

I've had a pending withdrawal since 5/19. And as far as I know all my verifications have been completed. So I don't get it. Where's the dough?

I have two pending withdrawals from May 7th and May 12th.

Still waiting very patiently.
