Unfortunately, and even if this ever materialised, it is something our "Thai building contractor" would truly accept as down payment on the next phase working on our city Villa as opposed to promising him with abstract amounts like 1 million bucks to build a string of bungalows for us as a follow up in Thailand.... the workers live by the day.... we can't shower them with bountiful promises this long....

Life goes on nonetheless....
