We must not yield to Defeatism no matter the outcome
A crisis contains four elements:
1. A sudden upsetting event: This event threatens you or someone/thing dear to you physically, emotionally, relationally or financially.
2. Your vulnerable state: Crises often seem to strike you when you are stressed or fatigued.
3. The actual precipitating factor: "the last straw” --pressure and stress grow until a single event can push you over the edge.
4. The state of crisis: You feel helpless and threatened. This is the moment of crisis. This is the moment of choice.
