Whatever happened to the adage of under promising and over-delivering?
Seems to work backwards when it comes to PIPS, PICPAY, Halotto, and on and on.

You're right there! I think that Bryan gets really excited by new developments and can't wait to tell people about them, because he knows that they'll be excited too. Unfortunately when there are unforseen delays such as with the lotto (and previously with banks etc) people get annoyed about it.

Never mind, I'm sure everyone can wait a little longer. As with all things, I'd rather something was a bit late and perfect rather than on-time and not working properly.

"There are light at the end of the tunnel." I just hope the tunnel will NOT become farther and the light at the end of the tunnel harder to reach. It is not the matter of being annoy but principle. It is a matter of being kept informed?
