Not the sharpest knife in the drawer here, but just a few things jump right out at me...

1) The treaties between countries allowing freezing/confiscation of funds in
Maylasia.

2) The number of accounts last known to exist x minimum amount invested=
12 million dollars? That's about the cost of one Bistro and fine dining
establishment.

So for a quick recap, the legalities and the numbers seem like they just come off of a crackheads computer just before he took it to the pawn shop.LOL
