On the replies among which "mom and pop hotdog stand". Pips grew big real fast. It isn't as simple as just hire a few financial geniuses if you don't know what just hit you. It seems to be as simple as abc to just throw it all on management. Management probably (for sure) got swamped. Swamped by pips it's popularity. Big business doesn't grow by itself. It takes some pruning. I discovered it myself since I had to wave a $500.000 deal (this week!). We couldn't handle it. We had to hire at least 10 people, educate them and all in record time. We stumbled into a billion dollar business with a killer app and we can't handle it. Were just the 2 of us. So..it's not that simple. It is possible to grow to big to fast. What we need is big investment capital, money just to survive the first year, pay people, educate them, pay the rent, buy toiletpaper. Anyways, people call pips big because it had a few billion but your wrong. Bryan couldn't buy a new pair of shoes from that money because it was invested. It was not his to use. I hope you people get it one day.

Come to think of it. IF we would find a big investor or a lot of small ones paying them 2 % in the same way pips did would be simple.

I just went and looked at some of your past post and what did I find? You went back and removed a lot of your posts. Makes a person wonder why.
You expect him to ban me. But you are allowed to stay? Grow up. Time for you to hit the stage with your stand up comedy, because that is what it is.

And to think...this whole thread of over 106 posts would not have even been here if someone had not questioned the "lost Swedish post" or those of us who also lost posts into the "black hole" when we asked about it...

Better yet, it definitely would not have been here if people would just explain what they do and not seem so shady and secretive. Hopefully from now on, we can keep everything out in the open. Communication is the key.

Anyways. Your not helping your case, whatever that is. What is it? Are sick of being treated as a mushroom so you revolt or are you sick of people disagreeing with you? In the case of the latter, take it like a man, man.
To me you and some other dudes(dudettes or whatever) are just venting. Nothing wrong with venting. Some "cheerleaders" (which is the opposite of troll I presume) do now and then get fed up and act just like you. Especially if there isn't enough good news and information to quench there informationhungry minds. I say go out and work. Do something and forget about pips for at least 6 months.
I'm with pips for some time and I know for sure bm is above board. If I loose my money I did so not last week or the moment bm tells us it's over but almost 2 years ago. Yeah bummer but from then on life went on you know. I woke up, saw I still had bills to pay and went on living.

Anyways, about me and my business, that was no joke. Thing is, now i've seen what kind of bastards are running around ripping of honest businesses...no way I will let anyone in here invest in my business. I rather stay small then get screwed.

This has to be one of the biggest "mis-managed" fiascos in the history of the world. In my opinion a child could have managed PIPS better from a cave in Afghanistan! Min kontakt på Bank Negara uppger att de har trätt in och utrett Smurferiet m.fl. eftersom företaget i strid med malaysisk lag i praktiken har agerat som en utländsk bank

After a number of teleconversations we have been informed that the investigation are still an ongoing process at Bank Negara (Last time we talked to them ref. my first email to you, they confirmed that the report would be handed over the very same day or the next day). Bank Negara is now confirming that the report will be handed over next week. Bank Negara will in the connection to the handover ask the proceutor (riksåklagarembe) to speed up their work, but they would not commit themself as to how long time it would take until any decision was made.

Obviously, Bank Negara's report would be compared or considered as a "police report". When the proceutor takes over this case, they will have to make a decision what kind of action that will be taken.

My contact at Bank Negara has informed me that they have investigated amongst others Smurferiet as this company has violated the laws of Maylasia and acted as a foreign bank!

In order to assess the "deposits and withdrawals", Bank Negara has frozen the funds of Smurferiet. The only way to get access to investors funds during the "freeze" period by Bank Negara would be to contact the Malaysian Court and ask them to make a ruling and have Bank Negara to release the funds.

(My assumption is that the probability that the court would go against Bank Negara is very slim. My contact at bank Negara also admitted that an investigation is initiated only on very strong indications that a crime has been committed).

Bank Negara's report is confidential!...and not public.

I personally doubt that we are able to get more information from them. Later when the report is handed over to the proceutor, we may get in touch with them again and check how long it will take before any decision will be made and when information will be rmade available to the investors.
