Yes it is great news. I am glad thing are rolling as planed in right direction.
I am pleased for those staff people and I hope they go back to job and help Bryan on hard work.

They would not be awarded with pay if investigation is not over. Well let's see what will be next.

In the United States a labor board dispute would never take this long. If employees do the time, they should get the dime, as the saying goes. Nobody should have to wait this long to be paid for hours worked, especially if the employees never lodged a complaint. An investigation under normal circumstances would never impede workers from getting their paycheck. HHMMMNN

Since BNM was coducting investigations and holding all money, it is logical that after was all done to released back pay. It is not that simple as you think.

You need to follow a law of country, which is not same as USA.

Remember that the United States is almost insignificantly small in comparance to the rest of the world and what's normal there is not normal everywhere else. This applys both to the "good" and the "bad" things.

    Anybody can confirm that?
Are you saying they were not paid since august 2004?

    I hope you meant august 2005 :/

If employees are being paid then...I would conclude:

    Investigation is over.

The funds in Malaysia are unfrozen.

This, in my humble opinion, is a huge step forward.

    Way to go LD

I had forgot all about the terrible twosome and all the trouble they where in. LOL... there was also a third party involved but can't remember his name.
