I don't think that this article is of interest to any other people than people who pay their tax to Norway.

The Norwegian Directorate of taxes tries in this article to analyse PIPS and what taxes the PIPS members have to pay.

Default Might also be interesting for other countries

Yes and no... as far as I can understand it's a beautiful illustration of how an administration analyses and interprets PIPS & PIPS revenue towards the tax to be payed. Certainly inhabitants from other European countries might find elements of interest: it's likely that at least parts of this reasoning will also occur elsewhere.
So... if there's anyone willing to translate it (or at least the essential elements from the reasoning?) I think it can be of benefit for others too.

Well... it could be worse: I know of a tax official stating he could not give any advice at all... except that they will have a look at it *after* you have delivered your declaration .
(After which I decided to continue my quest for advise later, elsewhere.)
