It's about time pips return when HA LOTTO come live on line?

The above quote: Does this indicate the start of HA LOTTO means the servers were returned by BNM? Does this also indicate the come back of pips and investigation were completed? Bryan were positive about the return of pips (which is really very good), does this mean pips are now cleared or are cleared actually? If the operation of HA LOTTO have to depend on the returned servers, does this mean the come back of pips are at dawn? Or the operation of HA LOTTO depend on third party server? Bryan indicated, "more good news on the way" refering to good news about pips, then the start of HA LOTTO point to the good news about pips? These are not questions of doubt, BUT my eagerness to see pips come back... and I am very sure all of us who frequent ROL forum look toward this...

The reason that PIPSAID was shut down was that it was on the servers that BNM took, see the following message from Bryan.
