Hope so rudutdo, really hope so. I've been pro p**s from the start, still am, invested over 5 figures and not had a penny so I hope for all our sakes this is the case.

Am intrigued as to what Bryan's 'good news' is now.

HOW DO YOU KNOW DID YOU GET SOMETHING OFFICIAL i WOULD LIKE TO KNOW TOO I HAVE A LOT OF MONEY IN PIPS I WOULD LIKE TO PUT MY MIND TO REST ABOUT THIS WHOLE THING.

Why is this "bad news"? I have believed all along that something was wrong with PIPS. The late withdrawals sense Nov 04. The question should be who "State attorney`s office" be investigating. If Bryan has done nothing wrong, which I believe is the case, somebody might have done something. I for one would like to, one way or the other and have it over, and PIPS back stronger and better. That won’t happen until PIPS gets a clean bill of health from the State attorney’s office, not BoN, which it seems to me would just be looking over the accounts and looking for fraud. The State attorney’s office would take the BoN’s findings and look to see if anything or/and anybody is at fault.
