A bit muddled about matrix fill....at what level would my matrix be before I can expect fills from uplines and downlines?

Upline signups will start filling your matrix from the start as weel as your own signups and those of your downline.

Mike, I will give at least 8 hours notice of the launch, still working on it, India not awake yet.

It makes no difference with a properly set up single 2X10 matrix. What you do will benefit others, just as what everyone else does will be forced to help others below them. The only impact is if you are positioned deep in the matrix, it will then depend more on others before you realize any benefits.

I have 3 kids to feed so I can't really spend money on lottery tickets, and there seems to be some contoversy over the legality of United States citzens participating as affiliates and selling tickets in the public domain. So, I am on the fence and truly confused, and can't afford an attorney at 300.00 dollars per hour! Will our Pips accounts be back in time to do this? I would have the money then.

I see you must get your information from the same so called "in the know" Pipster that I was getting mine from. This is the same information that he told me.
I wouldnt put too much faith in this...............you see how the "Very Merry Christmas" news he gave us all turned out.......dont you?

It would be awesome if this were to happen, and also the only way I will participate, but I wouldnt count on this happening.

Yes Style, now that you mention it, I did place my trust in some members that seemed to have an inside scoop on the Pips comeback.. I could not be the only one, was I?? No, because I have been PM'd by 2 really "respected' members and answered by one MOD. (!) I have already been 'chastised' by Everwise for being a trusting human being. (What is your deal dude?)
