The rule says if you failed to sell 3 tickets for 4 consecutive week you will be drop from affiliates to just ordinary member.How will I be able to restore my affiliate status? Do I have to sign again using different name?

Good question, but since you are purged from the system, as decribed if you fail to make sales for four weeks running, then your position in matrix will be voided, and as I also understand, compression takes place, so I would suspect, if you signed up again as affiliate, you will go into matrix in next available spot all over again.

The rule says " to maintain your membership and commission, you have to sell 3 sell tickets weekly".If my funds is limited, is it OK to buy 3 pick-3 or pick-4 since we will spend only ($2.00 x 3 tickets =$6.00) instead of $5.00 x 3 tickets =$15.00)?.You save $9.00 per week. Does anyone knows the answer?

It was lotto tickets at $5.00 each to qualify.

You do not have to buy the tickets to qualify, you have to sell the tickets, which means you do not necessarily have to expend any money at all.
