Question Where did BM get money to start Lotto site

I would like to know where did BM get the money ($20,000 that's what showed on the country's investment for gambiling) to start the lotto site when all the bank accounts are frozen and there is no money for him to use even for personal expencese. i was just wondering and no need to flame me for asking a question I need to know how come there is money for the programing and the site and there is no money for us.

Good question, my guess is BN released or arranged a release of a certain amount to start it up.

Sure we'll find out in time........
Zubaidi:Monetary value of the Iraqi dinar must revert to the previous level, or at least to acceptable levels as it is in the Iraqi neighboring states.

Shabibi:The bank wants as a means to affect the economic and monetary policy by making the dinar a valuable and powerful.

Not until investigation was over. The lotto is something completely away from picpay and p**s. They may well have come to an agreement between both parties that it could be done this way.

Just my two dinars worth. I'm sure BN knew Bryan was going to set up the lotto programme and gave it the thumbs up. As long as everything was 'legal' in p**s/picpay then why couldn't they release some funds to start a new programme, ie the lotto? And maybe a report has to be given to the authorities before funds can be released to pay our picpay money.......

I suppose that BN gave him the ok. If they gave him the ok to use frozen funds, then I'm wondering why we couldn't get our picpay back!!!

I would think that if the bank released dollars, some should have been there for members.....

great questions that I would love to have the answers too

Makes sense..............I guess. But IF what you suggest is true......wouldnt they also release at least enough funds for Bryan to get his house back? I mean "IF" Pips was cleared and all I wouldnt think they would leave him without a place to live.................would they?
