    Default Lotto Purchases..off-line sales

I have several family and friends who are interested in purchasing lotto tickets.

Since they do not have computers or Internet access.. they do not have any e-currency accounts and currently don't wish to open any.

Questions? Can they purchase lotto tickets using ( with my permission) my e-currency accounts? Or would I have to purchase tickets on their behalf which would be counted as my own purchase?

This is how I see it.

    1. You open account for them using your link on your computer.

    2. When they are ready to purchase tickets, you log for them in their account, pay using your e-curency account and than they pay you which way you want.

This is how I will do, and is nothing wrong with proccess. Lot of people do not have a computer, but you need to have they agreement. If they win you need to make sure they get paid, because it will be drawn from you e-curency account.

Default Newlife... question for you, if you please?

    Hey Newlife:
Wouldn't your proposed method of sale to family or friends negate these sales as counting for your 3 required tickets sold, just because these sales come from your own account. Which is my case and may be for many others.

Friends and family would be the only people I would approach, who by the way, do not have "computers or e-curencies".

I do not see this as being able to maintain the consitant 3 ticket sales.

I do wish to buy tickets and gift them to the less fortunate. I would be willing to buy 3 tickets consistantly to meet the requirements of a "matrix member" but don't care about winning or what numbers I play. In other words, donate my 3 tickets worth of purchase to maintain a spot in the matrix member while supporting a good cause.

But... if the rule is strict to the selling of 3 tickets consistently to people with their own computers and e-curencies, I may not get involved at all.

    Maybe I'm missing something?

    Hopefully Newlife you can clarify?

Just to be clear, I am a strong pips/Bryan supporter, but don't agree with requiring people to sell in order to be a part of this great benefit for so many. Some of us may want to buy tickets (even more than 3) and give them to the "real needy" (who don't have much let alone computers or e-curencies)... and give them hope.

I hope this lottery doesn't become available only to those not in need.

    R
