Default Let's have a lottery on start of lottery

I think if you want to "keep people occupied" until "other original PIPS programs" start up, and until the new lottery starts, why not have a lottery as to when the lottery will start?

First was before the New year( 2006, i presume). Then it started only being hours away.

So why not have some fun, and do a lottery, as to when it will actually start (1st payout date seems fair, not URL, or sign-up date).

If everyone is that antsy, give them something to do until then.

Don't have a clue who would monitor it, and account for it, but maybe someone else has an idea.

Might even save some bandwidth, speculating on opening of the lottery.

Or better yet have a lottery to see who gets the top positions in the matrixes, and then how the matrix will fill.

    Funny,

Yes, good idea, and to make it even more interesting, assign numbers to each affiliate position, and when that number comes out, they go to the top of matrix until they are replaced by another winning number. (g) Now that would make it interesting.

    Good luck to all, Mike

Actually, I suggested a lottery for lottery positions @ a week ago. Never did get a response about it - I think the sharks were too busy smelling blood, and just wanted in early.

Unfortunately, I think that post was "lost in space", as it wasn't up to snuff.

I'm not a chearleader for the lottery, and don't intend to be, but to discard posts that disagree with the lottery idea isn't right. People have a right to hear both sides, not just the sides promoting the lottery.

What a two sides? it is no two sides and is fulish even think so.

Either you are in or not. It is personnal choice. So why you call it two sides.

    Do you have any brains?

Pipsaid Lotto can only be good and that is it. It has many benefits, and if you do not see it, well you need to see your doctor.

Why, yes there are two sides.

One side says yes, let's start another money making opportunity, in order to "stay busy" until when/if I can make something from money already given.

The other side says, enough is enough, I gave already, and without giving more, want a return.

You don't agree with me, and that's your choice.
I don't agree with you, and that's my choice.

I don't mind "cheerleading" to promote an idea, but "leading" folks towards an idea, without haraunging them whenever they question the idea's value, is not anything I accept.

Mind control is a very potent and dangerous weapon.

At least allow all viewpoints to be read and evaluated, so folks can make up their own mind. There's far to much censorship of opinions that just differ from some, and they have nothing to do with being malicious, or contrary to forum rules, just explained away as being troll posts.

I believe the average "Joe" isn't about to ask a question contrary to the on-going discussions about the direction being taken to facilitate the return of funds already contributed. Internet or not, some folks can't stand the pressure of rejection.

I am not one of those.

How can there be any sides when the Lotto program hasn't even started. You may want to base your statements on the merits of the lotto program after it starts.

    That being said:
It IS an opportunity to play lotto, win money and contribute to charity.

It is a VOLUNTARY program and costs nothing to be an affilliate...ZERO....and if you don't want to play...then don't play. No one is forcing PIPS members to
    play.

Some of you seem to be under the impression that this Lotto somehow takes away the focus from PIPs/Picpay. I don't see it. We await the resolution of the bank investigation.

As for average "Joe's", ..... they post here hundreds of times a day.

I think everybody else can see that drgibble and mike are just having a little fun. If you don't see the humor mixed with a little frustration, then just give 'em a break anyway, just because you are loveable kinda people.

I do understand, but way things are said and exposed here in this Forum it is not good way to give TG trolls opportunity to cut and paste over there. I would like things look professional here, least till things start to roll.

Well thats how I see it.

    mmfast,

Thank you. At least someone sees a little humor.

And newlife, if you're wanting to keep things profesional, ya gotta try a little harder. I don't think slamming eveyone that doesn't agree with you would, by no stretch of the imagination, be considered professional.

Someone posted once, that at least the upcoming lottery was something to do, while awaiting their returns from former programs. Sounds better than getting you dander up over someone else's post.

Hey, if you think you can make a couple of bucks with it in the meantime, go for it. I just don't think encouraging folks that have nothing left to give, with a promise of thousands per month, with "a little work" is anywhere near correct or ethical.

As always, newlife, have a good day.
