Style, my thought on it is that he had to present all his information (it would have been in the paperwork one would assume), when they took his records and therefore, I would think it would preclude him from having access to these items. I don't see how they would have control internationally but I do see how they would have control locally over everything...a simple telephone call to an international bank from the BNM to let them know that there was an ongoing investigation would have probably been enough to freeze accounts internationally, especially since the Patriot Act and all the garbage from that...Just my 2centavos..

Well......you have a good point.............I guess this would be possible.

Maybe some day we will know the answer to this and many more questions.

In the case of wellspring, accounts were frozen all over the world as Azmia pointed out.


I think banks cooperate with one another internationaly and Bryan has already stated that all funds are frozen.

You can be certain that Central Banks corporate with the corresponding central banks of each country...otherwise how could they control scams and chase the drug barons etc...??

You can be sure that the Fed in the US, the Bank of England in the UK, and all the other central banks have their network and are in daily contact with each other!!!

So let us be patient...Bryan will update us on our questions when this is finished and is in a position to do so!

Well oldtimer if the bank plans to keep my money. I am talking about the section of money that dose belong to me by the way. Now if they where to do this. I could by possbile sue them.

if the funds were invested in something like forex, then it would have needed to have been traded and mangaged in order to earn interest right?
Money sitting there wouldn't be earning interest. wouldn't you agree?

ROL was running up til BNM took the servers. Let's be thankfull for that and when the investigation is over the money will be returned to pips. If our accounts have grown since then it will be a nice suprise, but don't count on it.
