As refer to Bryan post that day, he able to answer the PICPAY's questions below on
Merchant withdrawal and liabilities of PICPAY but why not on member's withdrawal???Just wondering why........

    PICPAY:

    1. Penna: Will picpay merchants be paid for merchant sales in those cases where products have already been sent to customers?

Where products are verified as shipped and received YES, many merchant payments were on my desk for payment when BN came in.

    2. Frankusa: If every penny of Pending Withdrawals, Available Funds and Money Left in PicPay is not 100% paid out to Members Bank Accounts would not this eliminate any possibility of a "New PIPS"? The Law Suits and complaints would be almost overwhelming.

    NO.

Why would we even worry about receiving the money in PicPay or PIPS's available funds? Those are our money and I don't see why they won't be paid to us.

    Don't we all.
Zubaidi:Monetary value of the Iraqi dinar must revert to the previous level, or at least to acceptable levels as it is in the Iraqi neighboring states.

Shabibi:The bank wants as a means to affect the economic and monetary policy by making the dinar a valuable and powerful.

What if the investigation reveals that there are'nt funds to cover the Picpay balances, thats the question.

Just means that after all the outstanding money is paid out to us or whoever, ie picpay money, fines, legal costs etc, then there would still be enough money to restructure p**s and continue in another format.

Must be an awful lot in there!!!
