Is the NEW PIPS-LOTTO name still going to be PIPSAID officially?

In Bryan's comeback teaser post he mentions the following:
fourth paragraph from the top.


"This first phase sees the return of the PIPSAID program (PIPSAID is not a part of the BN investigation), albeit under a different name, as it will be with all programs."

I have asked myself the same ... especially after Marek's announcement of the new payment processor, Greenzap, which apparently Bryan has signed up with ... and will use for the new program.

But why doesn't Bryan himself post the link and announce it can be used ?
And the most confusing is that the referral link apparently should be "pipsaid". I thought Bryan said that there would be no "pips" in the names of the new companies/programs ...

Bryan himself posted his link to UniClear and stated that any bonuses would go into the "lotto pot". Why not do the same with Greenzap IF he really wants to go with a completely new and untested payment processor ...?

Does anybody actually KNOW that it is not another scam. They offer a signup bonus, but as far as I know nobody have tried doing REAL business with them. Not to speak of WITHDRAWING real cash from them ...

Well if you do a "Whois" on Pipsaid it says this

Whois History: 22 records stored
Oldest: 2005-01-08
Newest: 2006-01-01

BUT it does say "not active"

The GZ-account was a gift for Bryan. A name was needed for the gift, and as one didn't know what name Bryan would choose for the program, hence pipsaid on the GZ-account.............

OK ... but if this is the case I find it to be a very bad choice ...
Especially since Bryan directly stated that the name for new program would be different from "pipsaid".

And I have still not got any answer to my other questions regarding Greenzap ?
