Please Bryan, Or someone else ... GIVE ME AN ADVICE OR HELP ME !!!
READ THIS !!!
Hello there Bryan and thanks for that last statement ...
I really is in a difficult and hard situation and i hope you or someone else with knowledge can help me ???
I did help a couple of persons in to the 2 % program this summer and
have followed the outcome and information since that for my own and there sake. i have all the time tried to explain to them what happend and so on but they have two reasons not to believe me they say.
AND have know started to threat me and demand me to pay there deposits back ?!
Their two reasons not to believe me they say is :
1 , They think that i knew about that this should happen before i help them in
(The shutdown , BON and so on, because of the trouble with the withdraw that where on PICPAY) WHO KNEW SOMETHING LIKE THIS EVER COULD HAPPEN ? ? ?
2, They do not believe that the money they deposit, and the program ever going to come up again , They say that I AM STUPID TO BELIEVE IN SOMETHING LIKE THAT ? !
This two reasons as i said earlier has now made them threat me to pay their
deposits back, and i feel that this has beginning to be a very unpleasant
situation for me, both not to be believed in and to pay back money that is in the 2% program and i dont have !!!
Maybee you have experience of similiar situations out there or can help me in someother way to get them to believe me or to get them some information/ reason to wait for this to be solved soon ??? ANYTHING PLEASE ... !!!
This feels so wrong when i saw a possibility to help people make some money and know it seems like i need to pay them ... for the possiblity i gave them ..
WHAT CAN I DO OR SAY ??? ,,, PLEASE HELP ME
ANYONE and GLADLY YOU Bryan ...

You should invite them to visit the ROL forum and try to convince them that PIPS is real and Bryan can be trsuted and PIPS is coming back soon. It is very important to give them correct info on PIPS and the problems it is facing. It is very important to convince them that PIPS is not a SCAM.

See above ^^^
The majority of online programs are going to end up gone or in the position pips is in now. You should NEVER mix friends and family with online endeavours. If you referred them after PIPS stopped paying, this was an irresponsible move on your part and IMO you should pay them back. This isn't money out of your pocket, this is money that they gave you and should be repaid if they were mislead into doing so. It is an individuals responsibility to do his homework before investing money, but if this is friends or family then they probably went on your word and you should do what you can to repair the situation.

I know many who are in the same position, and it is all about talking and keeping them updated as possible, and this forum would be a good place to send them to keep them off your back. If they accepted the transfer into their PicPay account, and then they moved it into PIPS, then they really will have a hard time holding you responsible. As long as you did not present it as an investment, then you should be clear of any charges. Hopefully they will have a little more patience while we wait for the truth.
Happy Holidays to All, Mike

I'm no lawyer, but I really cant see them being able to hold you legally responsible. You simply exchanged cash for PicPay. If you did this after PicPay stopped paying without telling them they couldn't exchange picpay for cash, then there may be legal recourse but I again i'm no expert.
In my opinion, this is a matter of just being a decent person. If they gave you their money in good faith as a friend or family member, just give it back. This is the only way I can see the situation, but somehow I seem to be one of the few who see it this way.
This is only my opinion.

If it were me, I would BUY back the accounts, ..and get the account username and passwords. When everything comes back online, as we know it will, change the passwords and then USE or GIVE the account as ever I saw fit.
If I didn't have the cash-on-hand I would make payment arraingements and stay with them.

zazze:
When we all first joined the 2% program we were told to do our d.d. and join @ our own risk.
The folks you sponsored shouldn't be threatening you unless you personally promised them results or didn't tell them about the waiver the company made us read before we were allowed to join.

Zazze,
Whatever made you felt "helpful" to consider them, you did it like MANY others, out of a conviction and MOST OF US can share & relate your current plight going through this hellish and tormenting dilemma facing you.
However, like some had suggested, I would second the one that suggested buying over the accounts but that again, is uncertain untill it gets to be fully public knowledge as to the destiny of the remaining ROL is heading for...
You can, if you sincerely want to repay back in some kind of genuine manner to maintain yr credibility, the worst thing you can do is pay them back in cash....as they would be having "double-takings" and their term of Stupid will hit the charts against you beuing well and true... so DON'T and be patient like the rest of us...We're ALL IN THE same boat and waiting!!!
THere is no boat that you can offer to hop on...this is not NOAH's boat...unless Bryan has one we don't know about...LoL.
They can make it in writing though...for a solid agreement to hand over the account completely for the money they indulged with you and no more and once you hand them back their initial share you once received, no interests either, remember that too, and the account goes into your name and all that ROL that comes with it...I'm sure they will quit the whole idea and sit back waiting instead... PPL can be so hasty and demanding....
Say Hello & MERRY CHRISTMAS to them from ALL OF US MEMBERS from ROLClub!!!

Hmm
What to do, what to do..
Ok, as i understand you told them about the situation, delays etc. They accepted that. Everything was ok for a couple of weeks. Later BN shut all the sites down. They are conivced that you knew all about this and tryed to rip them off. Hard situation. Word against word.
As far as i know there is NO chans that you have known anything about BN's action against PIPS.
All we knew was that Bryan promised us a bank i cambodia and the backlog should be cleared in very short time!! I don't understand how any of us should have turned that to negative information and down-going prognosis.
