I say it needs to be better than before............if it isnt, we could be right back where we are now shortly after it starts back up.

Very well said Style! There definately needs some changes. I believe Bryan will revive PIPS...and as ***** has said...the motto for PIPS is, I survived PIPS in 2005 and PIPS made me rich in 2006! GO PIPS!

    Interesting,

If ever there was an understatement, this would be it. It needs to be much, much, much, much better. I just hope the name is changed to something else other than what it was or the worlds regulators will be all over us again regardless of outcome from BN witch hunt.

Well Mike there are 2 ways to look at a name change. If the name is changed then the banking world might just think that this is a new program and scam and not process payments for them as happened with PIPS even thought BNM cleared the company there would be no connection to BNM's report. If the name remains as PIPS it would have some bad references made to it due to the problems that have occured. However the PIPS name could be directly traced to the BNM investigation and their approval for PIPS to go back online. I feel retaining the PIPS name would have the bigger advantage for us in the long run. Of course the choice is not ours to make, it is up to Bryan to decide.

    Interesting,

Banks and regulators can check out results on BN investigation no matter what the name was, and whatever results will be, but the name has to change along with format as we all know it. I think it was obvious Bryan was making a change before BN witch hunt began, after all, we saw new domain registration which was to replace Picpay, right?

PIPS was illegal in many states in US, and once a default for non compliance is issued, you cannot reverse it, so the C&D orders that were not answered becomes permanant, so the only way PIPS can come back is under another name, in reference to US at least. You cannot reverse defaults, and I can only hope Bryan has learned from past mistakes and is able to start again, but it won't be PIPS in US, I will bet on that. Maybe PIPS2 will work? (g)

    Mike,
I have to agree with you as to the USA and the problems with the C&D's. I just feel that there needs to be some kind of reference to PIPS in the name. The name could be restructured just like the program is being done. You are right when you say the banks could contact BNM but I really don't think that they would do so unless there was a reference in the business name that would lead them in that direction. Just have to wait and see what happens when things come back.

I dont care WHAT they call it as long is it is back up and paying like we were PROMISED it would. The name means NOTHING it is what the program does that is important............It's way past time.............get it back up and get it right this time.........AND SOON!

    Well, gee. How about GreenZap-PIPS.

Kind of ties everything togehter, don't you think?

Might as well get all the good investment opportunities under one name.

    Or maybe, Green-Lotto-PIPS?

    Do we need a poll?

The best idea is from Style. Get it back soon, and do it right this time.

IMHO, if the new structured program fails, it will be the last that will attrack any kind of serious investors.

    Merry Christmas
