    Default Trouble for money exchangers

This latest from Bryan is very disturbing not because of the delay of restarting the program back up but the timing of it. Had it started this year those who took money in exchange for new pips sign ups which is something that I now realize should never had happenend and only done believing that those members who done this believed that those new members would have seen a return befor the end of the year in the form of some kind of a check. If this was going to happen all transfers should have been stopped so that this would not have put those who have done exchanges been put in this kind of a delimma. Now all those exchanges done for this year will have to be repaid other wise all exchangers will also face legal prosecution and possible audit.
Yes I can hear Brayn being so upset at members for their impatiance but maybe its justified or is it????????? I do think that information coming from him could be more to the point and If he needs help why not ask for it. I am sure that there is still many pips members willing to help. And has anyone seen or heard anything about the court case in the news paper or
documents concerning this case ???? there should be a record of this somewhere or Bryan should have passed it along to those waiting patiently
so they could see that this case was moving along.

No doubt this will a serious issue until pips is up and running again.Longer the delay by BNM goes on,the worse the situation will get.

We can only hope that pips is reinstated sooner than later.

Blazzer...on whose authority do you make such a statement?? This is absurd. Please don't spread these type of rumors as they cause nothing but unnecessary panic. Those who bought PicPay via exchange are responsible for their own actions...they were responsible for doing their due diligence just as much as those who purchased PicPay via wire transfer. If Picpay was not worth anything, then Bryan / Pips is responsible for that, not the members who did exchanges. Yes, there were a few scammers (the ones who kept the money but sent no PicPay, and those are guilty of a crime) but those were likely the minority. And most those who wanted to buy PicPay wanted to do an exchange to bypass WT fees and the lag time for wires. If anyone actually is taken to court over this, there is plenty of information for their lawyer to defend them with. But no one deserves this. If BoN finds that PicPay was fraudulent and not backed by gold in Australia as Bryan told us, then Bryan is responsible. If someone sold you e-gold of Paypal for cash, and then you found out e-gold or Paypal was actually worthless, who in the end is liable? Most would say e-gold or Paypal, for fraudulent e-currency. Same with Picpay, as we were told over and over it was backed by gold. And, it has not yet been proven that it was not. If If BoN finds that PicPay was legit but Bryan can't pay members, then one can say either Bryan is still responsible, or that the company failed and that was part of the risk involved in investing. And, if the money is there and everyone eventually gets paid, as Bryan keeps saying will happen, then it is premature for anyone to be sued over this, as the "jury", BoN, is still out with regards to PicPay. It'd be a bit ridiculous for those exhangers to pay the money back and then those who bought the PicPay received their ROL down the road on that PicPay that they put into PIPS, wouldn't it?
