Just wondering if anyone saw and read the BTI posting last evening. Very length and troubling. What are your views on this?

Well I dont doubt that the post from BM are really Bryan Marsden that has been confirmed from Tom B. And DO NOT copy and paste the post from BTI here. I am sure that Billy would not really appreciate it. Although the post was lengthy all Billy basically stated was the the BoN investigation could go on for a VERY long time. But there is still one very important question on members minds....

Bryan are members Pips accounts backed by REAL tangible money. That is the bottom line. And sooner or later the truth will be told.....

Bryan stated here that the investigation could go on for a year. This isn't new news.

Hi Sellth,

This was a question that was raised when Bryan first posted on Rolclub. (wow.. how long ago does that seem?) Members who have direct contact with Bryan were able to verify that it is really and truly Bryan! ... lol.. if you have been a member of the Pips forum you would recognise the style and manner that is exclusive to Bryan in the way he posts.

The most 'legitimate' person to verify this would be Tom Broadbridge who has the Kids Bible. He has stated on many occasions earlier that this is Bryan! If you are still in doubt please pm me for a long detailed explanation as to why it is he!

If you read the vast majority of the posts not totally approving of the new Lotto games, and even some that are, this is the bottom line question.

I would like to know why, if BNM are not interested in the PIPSAID program, why was it dtopped at all. What has changed in the last couple of weeks that pursuaded Bryan to re-launch it?

I know all of these questions will be answered some time in the future, but as 'Style' has said, and with whom I totally agree, the possibilty that we have been, or still are, being misled is becoing more and more likely.

Someone once said in one of the 1000's of posts, that we are all adults and must act as such, but hold on, this is a two way process, guys!

And by the way for those with suspicious and very small minds, good healthy debate about the pros and cons of any program is not negating the tremendous amount of work and time that has been spent on devising the PIPS programs, and we all, 100%, know that the programs will be back in some form or another. It is, as 'Style' also said, extremely important in any 'gamble' that there is a binding of trust between each party. Don't forget, as I suggested in an earlier post, that there are 1000's of 'normal' PIPS members who are suffering tremendous hardship because the program went off line. I am not sure how trusting they are now, but I have a shrewed idea.

This is exciting news and a rather lengthy email but WELL WORTH the read
if you have been looking into investing in futures/e-minis

Many members have asked that we look to blend some "mainstream" investment
opportunities into the choices of programs that members of BTI can explore
for their self education and improvement. Some of the areas of great
interest have been futures, options and Forex. I have been exploring
programs in all those markets and have things coming up that I hope can
fit various members needs and goals. One thing that we must be is
cautious about when doing this is to remind people that I am not an
investment advisor nor is BTI an investment advisement firm and we do not
make offerings or offer investment advice of any sort.

There are opportunities that abound in the markets that I have mentioned
here and each member has to do their research and make sure that a
particular market may be right for them and the select a licensed
brokerage firm to handle their transactions as well as a method of
educating themselves on how to effectively take advantage of the
opportunities that exist in these markets. Understand that investing
always involves risk and you must judge yourself accordingly when working
or "playing" these markets.

It is my understanding that our members want to have as much fun as
possible with as little work as possible while at the same time looking to
optimize their returns while minimizing their chance of loss. (Sound pretty
good eh?) Some members would really like to have something that helps them
put their activities things on "auto pilot" however we have all probably
had the experience of trusting a broker too much and having them lose us
money. For that reason many want to learn enough to exert control and
direction and some have fun doing it. Some would rather be "hands off"
but want to eliminate losses... which are VERY difficult to do.

While looking at and evaluating various products and training/trading
programs with these goals in mind I have had several conversations with a
member of our community who has strong experience in the futures markets
and has discussed the topic with and helped some of our members understand
the markets and the "e-mini" segment of those markets. It can be very
lucrative and the size of the contracts helps minimize losses. Many of
you have known "brownsfan019" as a supportive and positive member who has
been in our community for a long time. We now want to welcome him and his
firm to the vendor section of the BTI forum as his firm provides services
that I believe many of our members are very interested in and may benefit
tremendously from. His forum handle is now FuturesAction.

Chris and his team have been trading the E-Mini markets for some time and
provide managed trading services to some institutions and high net worth
individuals and have agreed to offer this same sort of service to members
of BTI on a greatly discounted basis. This could make trading in the
E-Mini markets a reality for many of our members who may otherwise not

There are many firms out there offering training on how to trade these

long until I double my money" or other questions that are more appropriate
for the high risk HYIP community. What is sought here is something good
for members that allow diversification into the mainstream market as one
of the activities in your activity "portfolio" using the services of
professionals and firms who are familiar with us as a community.

I have spoken in the past of looking into a "managed account" sort of
relationship that we would establish for members and have found that many
of those are not only tricky to set up because we are not an investment
firm or investment advisory firm but they can also be very expensive with
monthly fees and/or a percentage of any positive gains paid to the firm
managing the account. These percentages can be 30%, 40% and even 50% of
returns. Although the upside of this is that it is contingent upon
profitable investment activities it also can be a heavy price to pay and
members can resent paying that much out. We have reached an agreement with
FuturesAction.com, LLC for their firm to provide BTI members the choice of
trading their recommendations directly or setting their account to
auto-trade. Chris has secured a futures broker that will auto-trade the

$100,000.00 for their clients but that he would like his firm to be able

The costs involved are those of starting their service and setting up the
brokerage account and he indicates that would be less than $3,000.00. He
has also deeply discounted their monthly fee for the service of providing
signals and auto-trading etc. He also believes that he can show
prospective customers how the service more than pays for itself over and
over again. I will leave that to him though.

The discounted rate for their service for BTI members is $195.00 per
month. This price is significantly below what they normally charge per

As I wrote in an earlier update... the PIPS rumblings have started again
as we near the end of the year. Many people are hoping and expecting that
something is in the works and I have seen several comments on boards with
people who seem to fully expect that something is going to be back up in
time for Christmas so they can get some funds. Some people scurry about
the forums indicating that they have inside information and that BN has
determined that there was nothing wrong with PIPS and that it will be back
up by the end of the month. This email may be a get a bit lengthy
especially if I includes copies of various posts made so I will go about
the business of giving you the information and view and opinions I have
( yes. opinion is part of it has to be but my track record of being on
target in this stuff has been pretty good)... This email will be a bit
lengthy and I hope that since it is text rather than HTML that the
listing of posts do not get confusing.

BRYAN's POSTS

I have been suspicious of the posts that appear and at this point remain
skeptical at times. However in a recent conversation I had with Tom
Broadbridge of The Kids Bible, he indicated that Bryan has indeed been
posting some in that forum. Bryan has posted that the BN investigation is
ongoing with no end in sight yet. Many of the posts have not really
sounded like the Bryan Marsden I knew and read posts from in the past..
but some of the posts were consistent enough with information that I HAD
gotten from him that I do believe at least some of them to be genuine.
As we all know though from our experiences in the PIPS forum in the same
forum structure.. especially in a free forum it can be hacked and abused
and therefore is always suspect. One example is in response to the
concern I expressed in my last email on this topic. I was forwarded an
email that was said to be from Marek indicating that the forum or server
had been compromised and someone unauthorized had sent out all those
emails from their server and had also caused other problems. I have
asked Bryan directly and sent word to him various ways, to let me know
when anything significant develops and in my last personal conversation
with him at the end of August/beginning of September he told me that he
would. In those communications I have also offered him a free membership
in BTI so that he could directly communicate anything he felt members
needed to know. To date he has not done so. I hope he does as it would
be nice to get information directly from him or confirmation from him on
things by telephone since he has my phone numbers.

Just to explain a couple of points

Although there was no court case on 17 November, we are not free of BN
yet, investigation is still ongoing.

With regard to the come back there will be parts that come up before
others, but the timing of your existing pips account transfers will still
be dependent on a few factors.

BN has to return our servers and documents when all this is over before we
can reconcile any accounts.

Currently we have no staff left, they have to earn a living so all are
gone, it is left to just Sharon and I to deal with at the moment and it is
a monumental task.

When we do get it all back it will take some time to sort through it all
and get it back in order.

This does not mean you will not be able to earn money in the meantime
because you will.

The withdrawal problems will, under the new structure be eliminated, as
they will be automated and only payable on a monthly, quarterly, 6
monthly, annual or maturity basis.

I would request that you all stop asking questions, because until we get
closer to the BN situation being over and getting it all back together we
are not in a position to answer them.

That is just one post and with others it is understood that BN will take
its time and do what it feels it has to do regardless of various elements
of input from PIPS Management or members etc. It will take it all in as
information. and process it along with the rest of the information.

I have this good news to share with everyone here. Is fresh from the oven.
I only share something within my limits, anything beyond that shall leave
it to Bryan himself.
Bryan and his team tested the new programming today and we have done the
paperwork ready for submission tomorrow. According to the Court Order,
PIPS has a small legal issue to work with and nothing major. In Bryan's
eye, PIPS is legit and is No-Problem company. Everything has been verified
by MOF and BN. Our fund will be released soon.

I did asked Bryan if payment can be made to members before Christmas or
before new year, according to him if everything are right on the track,
funds should be released immediately to members.

Currently, Bryan is trying to work with a few banks in Malaysia to
establish banking platform. Don't worry, we don't have to start from
stretch for the process, all we need to do is to waiting for a supporting
letter from BN or MOF so that we can present it to the banks. Trust me for
that, there will be many banks wanting to work for us.
Bryan would like everyone to know that DO NOT LISTEN TO RUMORS THAT BRYAN
OR PIPS ARE CHARGED AND THE MATTER OF TIME WILL TAKE LONGER, IS ALL, BS.
No Court mentioned on 17 DEC on PIPS, is only a group of union is suing
Bryan for not paying salary to employees.

The rest of it, Bryan has his lawyer to handle and no worries at all.
Someone called me this morning, demanding me for information on PIPS. They
threaten to come after me if I help Bryan. I just don't understand why
there are some people going against Bryan and PIPS. It brings no benefits
to anyone.

This much I can share with you, the rest I shall leave it to the big boss
to make an announcement. If the programming can be completed in December,
be prepared for big exposure for Christmas!

Bryan also reported the the Bistro and Coffee shop and evidently other
facilities have been vandalized and he reports over a half million dollars
in losses from that unfortunate activity. Obviously all this along with
other posts by Bryan and a certain amount of conservative logic indicates
it could be a while before any restructured PIPS appears... if ever.


SECOND --- The Bryan Marsden posts in the last couple of days introduced
his intention to roll out a Revised version of PIPSAID as a lottery and
affiliate program.

In earlier posts he has indicated that PIPS will be back..
restructured..and that members will be making money again soon. I believe
the implication was that a restructure would provide that.

A while back I expressed a concern that if the first thing to come back
was a program that required members to spend money that it would be a red
flag and that I hoped that any restructure would be one similar to what
Bryan spoke to me of at the end of August/beginning of September where a
similar strategy to the one used to restructure the GWPI Clones into PIPS
would be used. Although Bryan has very few options at this time which
seem to make this one of the only options he has currently, it is still a
concern.

On several occasions I have invited Bryan to communicate with me by
telephone or email, since September 1st he has not done so. I have also
offered him a fully paid membership in BTI if for no other reason than to
communicate with the BTI community in addition to the ROL community. I
like Bryan and hope that PIPS can be resurrected,but I think that the
first phase of it being an activity that requests more money could create
problems. I also understand that he may have no other choice.
Nonetheless it is a great concern and "iffy" at best given the patterns
established over the last year.

Bryan has proposed that PIPSAID returns in a revision that includes an
Affiliate program...

Rather than try to explain it in my words.. I have consolidated and
pasted a number of the postings I received that are on that forum that
pertain to this. I am not including all of them as you can imagine what
sort of activity this sort of thing creates. Another thing that concerns
me is the choice of a public free forum to introduce it... a free forum
complete with pipsters and trolls and the whole works. It is my
understanding that he has the capability to email privately to the email
addresses of people who were PIPS Members thereby keeping the introduction
private. Doing it in public is an invitation for more problems.

You will be able to tell from this list of postings that people have
asked questions and some have voiced their opinions that they believe that
PIPS should return and old withdrawals paid before a program requesting
money should be introduced. Some have posted that they had understood
from various posts and information coming from sources in Malaysia that
PIPS was supposed to be this month and want to know what is up with that..
Y ou will see in one of the posts that Bryan or the person posting as
Bryan has indicated that doing something like this is his only option
right now because the BN investigation could take weeks or months or over
a year to finish and he does not want to wait. I am going to include the

This post is the first of a series that signifies the PIPS COMEBACK. It
does not meet all of your or my needs in terms of getting PIPS up and
running again, but it is the first phase.

THE POST IS FAIRLY LONG, BUT READ IT ALL, IT WILL BENEFIT YOU.

Due to the BN situation we are still not n a position to get member
accounts back yet and implement the restructured program, but this is a
start and more importantly it does provide you with an opportunity to earn

Old PIPSAID accounts will be transferred, but it cannot be done until we
get servers etc. back from BN.

To those asking when the PIPS accounts will be up, I cannot put any time
frame on it as it is dependent on BN. All we can do on that front is to
pray for a speedy resolution.

Sharon and I are working extremely hard on the new structures etc. To-date
design, operations manuals run into more than a 1000 pages and 68
operations training modules are under development. There is still a lot of
work to do before we are up fully.

Yes there is the gambling element to the program, but there is also the
affiliate program. There are literally millions who purchase lotto tickets
daily on and offline. The potential for networking and ticket sales is
good, if you do a little work.

The lotto has always been a part of the overall pips operation and before
the BN situation it was growing at a very good rate. If not for the BN
intervention we would have been able to provide support to Katrina and the
South East Asia Earthquake victims. Are these causes not worthy of our help
through whatever parts of the overall it comes from.

The reason the Lotto site will be the first up is because it is the only
part not under BN investigation at the moment.

It is obvious from many of the responses here that members are either
incapable of reading or do not read anything beyond their own thoughts.

The reason that the PIPSAID program is the first on to come up is because

Just to answer those that cannot see the wisdom or the benefit of the
PIPSAID site. Before the BN lockdown PIPSAID was getting towards a
profitability of more than $500,000 a month and on the growth pattern that
was appearing would have reached more than $1+ Million a week by March 06.


That is revenue that goes back to member payments, unfortunately the BN
lockdown has put that back a long way and we have to start from scratch.
Starting again with more games and benefits will assist in regenerating
those revenues quicker.

This growth was exponential, when you consider that over the past 10 years
some individual State lotteries in the US have grossed more than $8.5
Billion it indicates the potential of PIPSAID for the company, the members
and the humanitarian aid we can provide.

As stated previously, members have NOT lost in PIPS, in time when we get
things back you will get your money back and much more.

Hope this gives you a better understanding of the contributions being made
by all PIPS group activities.

So through those posts you can see the direction things seem to be taking
if indeed this person is Bryan. I would still like confirmation from
Bryan himself. As you can see it also seems that the site ( which is
supposed to be tested this weekend) may be under an entirely new name
that the posts have used ?????? to indicate. If it is not called
PIPSAID or does not have the PIPSAID name attached to it that would cause
me even further concern. PIPSAID it seems has the proper license in
Malaysia to run a lottery anyone else could be suspect or could mean that
it may be someone other than Bryan or PIPSAID behind it.

Either way.. this seems to be the latest.. and a program such as this
that requires a new infusion of money is of concern to me especially with
the BN investigation still going on. Even with the best of intentions it
is subject to Troll attack and if there is no official approval of BN
indicated and verifiable.. it is unknown if they could arbitrarily shut
it down pending the completion of investigation of everything else this
again would be outside of Bryan's control and could further frustrate
everyone including Bryan.

Further.. I received a copy of an email from a Malaysian who reports
that Bank Negara Malaysia ( BN or BNM whichever you want to call them)
called them in as part of a group of people they have interviewed.and
indicates that they will keep calling upon people and interviewing people
and investigating until they feel they can reach a conclusion. This
person ( as I have heard from others also) indicates that one problem is
that Bryan has failed to show proof of any trading. It goes on to give
an example of another case that involved locals only and had been paying
for 2 years and nobody had complained of it not paying .. but an OUTSIDER
complained and BN stepped in to investigate and that started in 2000 and
has been going on for 5 years with no resolution. So we have to try to
keep tabs on things and know that we could be in for a long wait. I hope
it does not go on forever like that.. but God only knows what will happen
and as you can see in the posts by Bryan or the person claiming to be
Bryan.. there is not defined end in sight yet.

We all must make our own decisions about how we proceed from here.. But I
thought it my responsibility to share this information and some critical
thinking and let that information be just PART of what you take in to
continually gather information and make decisions that will be right for
YOU.

Well I have gone on long enough.. as more emerges I will try to keep you
