So, the subject for this sentance was refering to PIPS program or PIPSAID???

Hmmmm... Good question. It does look like it appears that the new lottery "Pipsaid" site was being spoken of.
That is what disappointed me and I am sure MANY others.... Is there any end in sight for this investigation????
