Just found this letter from somewhere out in Cyberspace. Just wanted to see what peoples opinions were on it......I dont really know who wrote it and if you did come forward and claim responsibility. :wink:

"Now, for those who are concerned about "your" money, and PIPS ability/desire/commitment to deliver it to you, please consider this:

What is the legally binding arraingment you have with PIPS?
Did you sign a contract? I didn't.
Did you vest your interest through Power of Attorney? I didn't.
Did you make verbal agreements, implied or direct with a representative of PIPS? I didn't.

Then how did you come to claim such a gross misconduct on PIPS part when their performance did not meet your expectations? Because you assumed your right to compensation, inferred or realized, because you believe a contractual agreement had been violated.

But you are wrong to think such a way. There is no contract.

And that's the beauty and strength of PIPS.

It's a relationship built not on contract, but on covenant.

And this is a concept that has shown it's strength and viablility throughout thousands of years, and has spanned every culture except the Western World.

A covenant is based on mutual trust. Both parties looking out for the best interest of the other. The strength being the desire and commitment of both parties being exercised for the betterment of the other.

You have entered such an agreement. How?

You did not invest. You did not buy. You did not procure. What you did was give. That's right, you gave. And in return there is an expectation that you will receive. And in that receiving you will realize a return of manifold amounts.

You also chose to trust. Trust that what PIPS claimed they would do, they will. An absolutely amazing agreement!

You have stepped out of the disappointing world of contracts, where both parties posture themselves in a way to protect their own interests, and have plopped both feet into the world of covenant, where both parties promise to commit their all for the betterment and success of the other.

You have at risk nothing greater than your trust (for your money is in reality meaningless notes of debt). But you stand to gain the immense satisfaction brought about by a covenant realized.

Tribal cultures have known this for eons. Learn from their wisdom, and you'll see that what makes this whole PIPS experience so powerful is that it is on this basis that Bryan, etal., has chosen to defy the present business world and all it's contractual hodge-podge, and has instead opted to conduct this "exchange" not through contract, but through covenant.

Bryan, and to those of your tribe;
I salute you! And I laud the courage and fortitude of not only your business acumen, but your willingness to believe that given the opportunity, others with the same forsight and vision would rise to the occasion, come into covenantal agreement, and set to make their world a much better place because of the resources provided to them through PIPS. May your tribe increase!

To those disgruntled, disfranchised few;
Your are not bound by contract, so stop acting as your are! Your "rights" have never been violated because there is no contract! Stop yelling you have been done wrong, because you have experienced no such thing!

Instead, realize the truth of what I am saying and do your part. Do all you can for the betterment and success of those who endeavor to do the same for you.

You'll sleep better. And you'll live to enjoy the fruits of your labor!

I know, some will not grasp what I am saying, and will spurn me for opening my big mouth. That's okay. I encourage you to return to your contract-protected existence.

I didnt sign a contract....but I did have to click on "Agree" to a written "agreement" on The PIPS Inc website before I could proceed. I also printed it out after I clicked on "Agree":ro_emote:

There is also a loan agreement which we agree to terms and conditions.That is a contract imho.

yes this is true but in that agreement/contract it stated that you could lose your money and there is no guarentee of payment i can't remember the exact wording and wasn't smart enough to save a copy of it but i remember thinking i am kissing this money goodbye until i see it again and had no guarentee of ever seeing it again it was all on faith that PIPS would do what they said they would do.

i never did see all that money again(still down $1000+ :( ) but i still have faith that i will see it again someday.

Yes, we agreed, and as internet agreements are now considered contract and will hold up as such in some legal systems, what does it really mean? Nothing, for we have no better chance of recovering our funds with or without contract, but I do believe trust is a major, if not most important reason we all loaned our money to entitiy.

Contracts mean little unless enforcable, and most of us would end up spending far more trying to enforce than we would recover. Then again, there has to be an entity to enforce against, and this is not defined either. If PIPS goes POOP, then we don't have a PIP to POOP on. (g)

So we wait, and wait, and wait, but look at the bright side, we can look forward to a tribal get together, so bring your head dress, grass skirts, whatever, and we will meet in Portugal.

True of PIPS indeed, but PICPAY is a different matter.Funds in PICPAY are guaranteed cash, backed by gold reserves in Australia.

Bryan has confirmed that time and time again.The week before the BNM raid the information was still the same on the PICPAY site.I printed that out.

Many stepped in with a focus and delirious mind bent on making those HUGE capital from the way the 2% works out.... that's ALL that they were focussing on and in between, all the promises & commitments they wish to see it materialise... but they ALSO failed to realise, that may all be halted for and by uncontrolled movements from ANYWHERE by anybody....

This is the pitfall by many we now hear, see and read here as well, if Bryan eventually succeeds in returning whatever he can to us and our accounts in as much a way as reasonably regarded as possible, I'll be delighted myself but to "EXPECT" in terms of size and volume as owed.....R U kidding???

Don't be ridiculous or you are indeed delirious now....and you shouldn't have spend what you could not have afforded in the first place and the only person that truly cheated anyone is YOURSELF on your own will or conscience to be dishonest in the amount you actually could not afford to let go but did.... hoping no one would discover or realise your "give away gamble" was all too greedy to begin with....

That's the bottomline facing MANY of you out there, I'm sorry but it does hurt most here on this sad fact.

I wish that the tide, when changed, we will get to see some of "some money/ROL" that we could do to make life a pleasant one but we can't EXPECT in light of what took place, caused by some irritants that lost patience and the greed they had with their own agendas.... something Bryan in his own way knew and suspected, but at the same time tried to curb despite still employing those in Executive level within PI Inc.

Des, my friend I choose to believe what Bryan is saying in his posts. I have been involved with Bryan since before the Clones launched and have full trust in what he is saying. I have seen him reconstruct programs before and all members have faired much better than before. While many members did join for the 'greed' of it all, many more members joined because of the humanitarian aspect of what PIPS would be able to do. We have seen schools built by PIPS, and help going to street children...that was through the group effort of the members who belonged to PIPS. I do not discount PIPS as easily as some appear to be doing. Rome was not built in a day, nor was PIPS. Those of us who are pioneers understood the trials and tribulations we would need to weather out. Bryan has a dream, and many of us share that with him, we have seen parts of it materialize, and we have seen parts of it picked apart by greed....But when he makes a statement as he has done above, I choose to wait on the restructured part of PIPS and not focus on the negative trapping of others who do not have a clue about what the restructured program will contain. From what I can see right now, the part of PIPS which Bryan is bringing up, was a positive cash flow, and members were playing it and members were making money from it. There are two ways to look at what is happening, I will choose to remain positive and supportive of Bryan and Sharon and all that they are trying to do.

Thank you Mia, always valued your input and sentiments showed in good trust and focus many undoubtedly share as I do myself with your past involvements as to this day you possibly try and still can to maintain....Bryan & Sharon can entrust their confidence in you too....but hmmmm, where's our beloved QT? miss her y'know. :sads:

If whoever wrote it, reads this post, would you please pm me? I'm sorry it wasn't as well received/understood as I think it should have been, imho. It makes a powerful statement. Brings to mind another covenant... no contract needed.... purely based on faith. :-)
