To be in the HDG aka Honorary Donor Group

To be an Honorary Donor & committed to the Group

From today, I'll gradually add the HDG to your Membership title in the Profile of Donors that form the Honorary Donor Group.

There are many now confirming their status as a ROLCLub's active supporter of the group with donations to cover the trial costs on the Marsdens Trial.

They have done what is simply a prudent step to be rightfully updated with 1st hand feedback gathered successfully from donations made only possible by committed members. We acknowledge thankfully and cannot be ever grateful enough for being able to sustain & keep in check with the coverage on the Marsdens trials.

If any member who still feels they deserve to be ahead and updated whenever and however with the trial coverage, we will always welcome your participation as a genuine Donor upon fulfilling some basic requirements to be complied with. Here below are the information you have to consider and meet/comply to the simple task to have yourself registered on the Honorary Donor Group List.

The following announcement is one of a general notification and it addresses at some among you. You know who you are and unfortunately for you, we have to take the necessary step to stop you in trying yet again, to disrupt what we are doing which is only correct and right. Measures are already introduced immediately as it was announced. No time wasted as we cannot afford to allow you to take another shot with spam complaints behind our backs!!

Soon after it was posted on the Forum, more than a dozen responded without hesitation.

For those who are now already listed in the New Honorary Donor Group list, which came into effect as of Oct.17th, this announcement does not apply for you, as you have already done so through your own wise initiative. We thank you very much. The Group List will not be published as was requested strongly in accordance to personal wish and privacy. We will adhere to this too.

We just have to move forward and since this October's start on their trial by the Malaysian State, we have just one objective. To seek the answers that we have sought for from the beginning of the Fund Drive and we need to be serious in acquiring funds to cover the cost of gathering the details from the Courthouse where the Marsdens are tried, in Malaysia.

Please email to both of us (it is in bold blue and enlarged so you can't miss it.), with the text as shown here below, and not forgetting to include your email address where it is required to be entered. Your donation is channeled through the same email account you use for receiving the privilege 1st hand feedbacks once they are translated and summarized.
We want you to email to us from that email address and that will be the address that we update you with.

This new implementation is now in effect with ALL donations received as of Oct. 10th , 2008. All donations before that date has been absorbed and no longer can be considered applicable, this we hope you are able to understand. To be listed in the HDG, we welcome your genuine support and we hope also, your continued donations to sustain till we reach the target sum or maintain the balance needed by every trial covered. If any newcomer was to hope or expect a humble donation just this once of $11,50 and you have earned a place among the regular HDG members, you are badly mistaken.

The next trial update will be emailed only to those that responded to this request. If you are not and wish not to abide and still wish to donate to our cause, we thank you for the support nevertheless. You will then have to wait until we decide to publish in several segments at a later date, in the Forum. It may be stretched out a little longer than what took place the last time. We are not obliged to stipulate a date(s) for the publication either. Only those that are in the Honorary Donor Group list, are given this new privilege access for the 1st hand news coverage release through the respective emails we have you registered on.

A realistic minimum donation sum is set at $11,50 (for a start, we recommend 1st time newcomers Donors and Non HDGers to donate $50 or equivalent from yr native currency to become eligible. The $11,50 is for the regular committed HDG Donors) whenever a committed donation is made to receive the following trial feedbacks as the latest update. If Funds remain insufficient, you may as a HDGer, be obliged with another donation upon our request.

Thank you again for your generous & genuine support and esp. on the Donations we can only rely on from your contributions resulting from the trust & confidence on Batty who is sacrificing his unenviable time and commitment on behalf of us all.

Marek & myself welcome ALL OF YOU returning back on this effort regardless of how each and everyone of us has gone through, been with and/or maintaining differing views on the Marsdens. This is not about our personal thoughts and beliefs concerning PI Inc as we once knew it.

This is a common handshake we share and devote our desires together to go after the truth... so help us achieve this for a complete closure when that day arrive. Lets be friends again with all the respect we deserve & bestow upon each other.

We have just about 200-over Donors and a good number are consistently giving their admirable support. We sincerely thank ALL active Donors who acted on behalf of many who are unable to appreciate nor realize the depth they are adding their faith, confidence and trust on us after such epic hardships and tests we have withstood and this is yet another testimony that we have each other to embrace for a common need regardless of any difference we may have on this sad event that has gripped us in so many ways.

We stress ever more, WE WILL NOT email to any other email address that you submitted earlier other than the default email address/account which is used to transfer your donation. There will be NO EXCEPTIONS... We apologize and with regret having to resort to this new requirement we are forced to impose.

Reverting to this new move by only emailing to all the active Donors has by far delivered the best positive result shown with an optimistic support in under just three weeks after the one email announcement was sent.
It will also be left & judged through our discretion, when we view a sudden new name, a RC Member who is registered in 2005 but hardly posted, and then is donating a smallish amount... and also, with other little and unusual pattern of responding just so, to be included in the Donors Group...

This is a clear endorsement, that most of you wanted and silently preferred this option.....

You would have read and known about it if you were to read on the recent threads on the Forum addressing the current approach addressing the latest developments regarding donations, the infiltration and persistent attempts by some donors as well wanting to disrupt, halt and discredit ROLClub on the Net itself with ungrounded and unwarranted complaints etc...

We can't be emailing every single discovery to all members as a general update and to all donors who include these trouble makers cloaking within the membership hence, we hope that members, through their own choice and time, take the initiative to visit the Forum threads and be updated on their own account.

HDG is a new affront to counter yet again and to dispel, minimize and deter the infiltrating, cloaking trouble makers in getting involve as we too want to flush them out when we get the opportunity to identify them and perhaps, with the aid of the hosting companies, ban their IP as well.... this is a coordinated operation and we are not publicly and openly informing all the members due to the nature in going after these culprits.

Ok, thats a whole load in bringing you into the picture and in return, we hope you contribute, with posts to support the need and as well as the understanding as to why we need to implement steps & measures which may appear rather stringent in order to preserve our cause thus enabling us to keep successfully in check with the coverage on the trials rather than continuously be disrupted behind the scenes to stop Batty with his assignment on our behalf.

Your donation is but a small part but it becomes a crucial role to sustain the efforts. The disruption is but a small part too but is an almost costless effort for the culprits especially when it takes only a few dollars to make all the difference to try achieve their goals....

We don't and we can't expect, the serious and devoted Donors to be behind these distraction... it doesn't add up.

Hence, the Honorary Donor Group is now recently enacted, just towards end of last week resulting from newer discovery of new attempts in disrupting/infiltrating the donating efforts while preserving and protecting and certainly to differentiate the committed ex-PIPSters from these varmints trying to be part of the new enlisted group.

It is necessary now to be in the HDG list. This list is not published either, there is no need for it as some had PM'd wishing this to be for privacy reasons as well but if you are regularly on the Forum and reading the threads, you will be able to notice gradually, the hallmarks of WHO is a HDG member and that is more than adequate.

We hope for now, this would help you a little and we would be even happier at just this explanation to see your further support to the Donation Funding cause.
