PIPS (People In Profit System): PIPS has been officially declared as scam by the HI Network team and moved to the "Major Scams" section of the HYIPDiscussion forum. The court hearing, which is anticipated on November 17, 2005 was initiated by former PIPS Inc employees who could not receive their salaries for over half a year. More news are expected to be released soon in regard to this matter.

I new there was a court hearing on the 17 Nov but i did not realise ex pips employees were behind the court hearng. Can anyone confirm this to be fact?

To be honest who cares what an HYIP newsletter has to say? They are a newsletter designed around scams, who are they to say what is legitimate or not?

My thoughts exactly. We must consider the source.

HYIPinvestment, they have being support pips for the past years. even when Pips have being raid.

They might move pips to scam section due to the NOV 17 lawsuit.which until now no one want to speak the true about it.Which i don't know why. there is notting wrong with a law suit. But i can't find anywhere that if this lawsuit is real or fake.If anyone know please tell me.

I not suprise that employee is not paid consider that our CEO fund have being freeze which everyone know about it.

This is in regard to some employee complaint about pay that they did not received in past few months. They complain to labor department.
Since BoM froze all money, they could not get paid.
So issues is here to ask court to release some money from BoM to be able get they pay.

It is just hearing and we will see what is outcome. This court hearing has nothing to do with PIPS.

So if you want to use this VS the version that gary have said in talkgold. what can you say about gary.when what all he have said is the negative part but not about the fact that it the employee that want their payment to be back.i do not like people who only speak on the negative part of a court case.when there is positive issue on it.Which could only mean something.....

So if this is real.I myself will be truly belive that gary is up to not good on pips.As he only filiter the goods news. not the bad one.

my thoughts also how can BM pay employees if funds are frozen ?? maybe he was suppose to have a secret account for the employees? But if the employees know the funds are frozen why are they going through ALL this trouble to file suit against pips?
i wish we knew the whole story ...

it not against pips. It a law suit to ask BNM to release fund out.

Nair has also said that the hearing is about the staff's salary issue.
