Thread: November 17, 2005 Court Date???

I have two basic questions; 1. From what source did the November 17, 2005 court date come from? Was the source reliable, were they honest, why is a court apperance mandated. BN is conducting the investigation not the legal system. 2. What happens to the monies in the now closed PICPAY platform. There is hundreds but most likely thousands of withdrawals (withdrawals is not money just setting in PICPAY) I'm asking about (known clean money)withdrawals that the owner has actually indicate the type and method funds were to be paid out be it check are wire transfer. As everyone knows once you reach that point a transaction ID was assigned to your requested withdrawal method.

What Happens to those funds?

Somewhere in all this it appears to me there is a serious disconnect from the actual facts (which non of us knows) and possible (mis-information) which is highly possible. Oh what the heck I may as well make it 3 questions; does any one acutally know what is happen in Malaysia right now?

There were two to three posting in this forum (at least what I saw)from someone claiming to be Bryan, (I honestly beleive it was Bryan) anyway did it strike anyone odd that he may already have some inside information on the outcome of the investigation in order for him to be posting tidbits on the restructure. I'm asking anyone who has read this far to please reread his posting theres answers there. By nature I'm very skeptical, I deal with cold hard facts, I see some answers there, to many question asked. Oh! well I have been known to be wrong.

Good point. There was also rumors that p**p* already got a new name any truth to that or just rumors? Seems like there are certain people that's in the [B]know[U]and others are left in the dark. We all Loan Monies in the company so if there's any info out there please share

My understanding is the 17th November court date came from Gary Nichols, who posted it in another forum. Somewhere it was stated this court date was about PIPS employees not getting paid. I don't know if that is fact or speculation. It is not necessarily THE court date for the whole investigation.

As for BN doing the investigation, in Malaysia, the Bank of Negara is part of their govt / legal system. Your other questions are good, but I don't think anyone here has those answers. Hopefully we will know soon.

I remember during the changeover from GWPI to PIPS, Bryan came on the old forum to address questions posed by members in reference to all the relevant details of the transition. Maybe at some point he can do that again and erase any and all allegations, doubts, etc... we've been fed by WW, TG, and other know it alls.

About the November 17, 2005 Court. It seem that no one can confirm that it exist or do not exist. Or it does not matter at all. Court case is not that bad at all. So why no one verify it? Pips did indee allow malaysian people to join pips.This the cold hard true. If the court is real ,mabe some pips member in malaysia can go to the court and heard what happen there and tell us.

Personally I would love to have a crystal ball and be able to report the outcome of the BN investigation in these threads.Sadly I cannot do this.

Friends,there is NOTHING we can do at present except wait.Bryan seems confident that this matter will be resolved and PIPS will continue,allbeit in different package.That and other comments should be your guide.

It not about outcome.It about if this is real. if it is not real we can all just remove any topic related with it. A court case i belive will definated happen. example ,Gins their case have being fighting for how many months aready? they are still fighting. Only when the case is finish then will gins continue to do their business.Remember the person in charge of gin did admitted that he did't have a licent in the court.And the ppp condinator finally is comming this month The faster the case finish in pips the faster we get our program back online. that how i felt.
