Thread: Username/password problems,Got through finally!!

Hiya :D

Halllllelluia :shock: after the xxx try i got through to support.

Now, the problem is within the pin number, although you get
the error message username/password not found.

Also when you never were able to log in.

I frankly assume that the main problems were eventually
with the 0000 that didnt work as they should have.
So, the first step with the new pin system failed, since many couldnt initialize it correctly.

A little tip for pple who have friends or family with the same problem:
Get the names and usernames of all of them and
once whoever gets through first , can solve all of the friends login
problem as well. All they do is just give you a new pin for each.

I asked if they can MAIL me the info to my mail account, i didnt say which one, since they have it on file.
BUT THEY DONT MAIL ANY OF THAT INFO.

Which clearly shows that the phone is most likely your best or ONLY
option to solve that. Sorry bout that. I advise a night shift to call. :D

I had the same problem too and had sent faxes and tried calling for nearly 3 days and I just got thru to Support and my problem was fixed instantly!

After 10 days of calling, e-mailing I finally got through around 5:30 a.m. est this morning on about my 20th. call. The lady was a little hard to understand, but I can finally log into my account. she reset my password and pin. So far so good. For those who are still having problems just keep on trying. Good Luck!

Lets Try one thread, and not have 10 diffrent for all login problem.
