Did anybody else hear of Bill Posters? I heard he was one of the people that initiated the investigation on PIPS and was a merchant in PicPay. Her claims to have recordings of the investigations. I fully support Bryan incase you are wondering.

This is the one who started all this mess with the bank.Quote:

Bill? William? I guess it is a question to ponder.
Bill Posters is one of the former Picpay merchants who initiated the letter of complaint to BoN. He also hosted the infamous "PIPS" call back on Sept 24, where he claimed to have direct contact with the senior investigator at BoN and that PIPS is the "biggest scam of all time". He is an investor himself who lives in Panama and has his own investment company, AARFunds. Add a dot com to that and you can review his site. He has been actively recruiting PIPS members into his own program. Personally, I think his own agenda is crystal clear.

Good luck to all, Mike
I agree and that is what went wrong, I think. It was a fellow pipster who made the mess.... just my opinion of course...
The way i understand it ......there will NOT be merchants in the new structure of PIPS.
That does NOT break my heart.
GO PIPSTERS !!!!!!!! WE ARE FAMILY !!!!!!!!!!!!
If you own the business, would you stop everything for internal audit
if you think that there are errors/abuse in the system, to check and balance if your accounts payables are more than your accounts receivables to trigger
that the business is losing and not making any profit.
Do you think that there were merchants who shipped the products/service(s)
first without going to the right process of being paid before the Picpay
Dept audited whether a buyer's picpay account is clean or not and this
affected other merchants who did the right thing of shipping the
goods when paid by picpay.
If this is what happened to the picpay merchant dept, then it was not a viable option to be added with the PIP/PICPAY operations because it would have been draining the financial resources of the business.
The way i understand it GN was in charge of the merchant dept. NOT Bryan..
GN went mising didn't he? With more than his fair share.
Bill Posters is a made up name and abbreviated for billboard poster.Means somebody's taking the mickey.
Sorry, Dreamer, but you are incorrect on this one. It is actually his real name.Quote:

While it may not be his birth name, what I am saying is this is the name he is using to do business under, and his businesses are not limited to the PT business. He also has the investment business, AARFunds, and this is the name he uses when he talks to people about his AARFunds, when he introduces himself, when he answers his phone, etc. Usually people don't use a phony name to do all of their business transactions...In other words, it is not just an abbreviation for "billboard posters" as Dreamer was suggesting, but rather certainly seems to be the legal name he is using. Don't get me wrong, I am not defending this man, just clarifying since the question was asked. As for whoever asked, "who cares"...well, I think it is wise for us all to know who some of the key players have been in what has happened with Pips, especially when they resurface later with their business opportunities.Quote:

Nothing for him or against him, he may well just be an angry merchant trying to get what he was owed. I know nothing about the man other than he was offering the PT course.

"Bill Stickers will be prosecuted"
For the record, I worked with Bill Posters for 8 months online then met him in Panama in January. I quit April 30, 2006. My personal opinion is to avoid him. If anyone encounters his program and wants details, you are welcome to PM me.
He says a former client called pegged that name on him when he was teaching offshore strategies in Australia.
Recently, I understand he is indeed still being investigated in Oz for selling securities w/o a license and tax fraud and tax evasion (things like that!)
My lesson: if you ever work for/with someone you meet online, do full DD on them!!
