Default Pips in the last year

    11/23/04
Bryan of PIPs is threatening to take the official pips forum offline because there are too many people bashing his program. Most of these people are asking questions, some legitmate, some stupid. We'll have to wait and see what happens with this. There have been reports that they have started removing posts and banning members. Withdrawals are also delayed some time.

    12/4/04
PIPs continues to have delays in withdrawal requests and wire deposits. There has also been a continued barrage of people asking tuff questions to Bryan, only to get ignored. Albeit the program has been paying for months and still is the steadiest program around. Ponzi or not, people are still making money. Lets just hope some are not investing over their heads.

    12/20/04
Gin systems has launched what looks like a clone of PIPs. This program should be interesting to follow. Some people beleive they are just piggybacking PIPs. We recommend you wait atleast a few weeks before even considering to invest into Gins. Looks like a clear ponzi scheme to us.

    1/5/05
Pips has been having some major challenges this past week. Their forum has been offline much of the time and they have been forced to close their referral program. The next few weeks should give us a good indication of where PIPs is headed.

    1/13/05
Pips continues to have major issues concerning withdrawals. Bryan has not given an update in over a month via the forum, and the program is seemingly in limbo. Hold off on new spends until current withdrawals speed up. THere are a few forums where members can discuss PIPs in an open free environment:
    http://www.talkgold.com/forum/index.php?showforum=130
    http://www.web-life.org/vb/f46-High%...0Programs.html

    1/22/05
PIPs continues to have major issues. Bryan Marsden has not given an update in over 6 weeks. Many people are complaining about not getting their withdrawals. Pic-Pay, their own e-currency is becoming more and more valuless as time goes by. Unless PIPs can quickly turn around and get it's act together, the future of the program does not look all that bright.

    1/30/05
PIPs members continue to hang onto the last bit of hope. It is quite surprising that this many people are still believing in PIPs considering Bryan has not made an appearance for over 45 days.

    2/8/05
PIPs members remain in limbo. Bryan is reportedly ill, and has not posted in their forum for almost 2 months. Things seem a bit fishy. We recommend holding off on spending into PIPs until things are cleared up. Next Month there is a planned convention in Hawaii. It should be interesting to see if Bryan will show up.

    3/10/05
PIPs forum has been having some trouble with viruses being installed. We are pretty certain that their forum is now in better shape, and the virus has been removed. It is always a good idea to use a reliable virus protection software when browsing the net.

    4/4/05
Supposedly if Picpay does not issue the withdraw requests from December withdraws, a group of members will issue a formal complaint.

    4/11/05
Pips is continuing to have withdraw delays. It seems as if the backlog problem is getting worse, and on top of all of this, there is mass confusion after a wave of PIN problems. They claim to be setting a Bank up in Cambodia, whish will releave the withdraw backlog, but this has yet to be seen. Personally we'd recommend waiting and seeing what happens in the next month, making sure the backlog does clear up like they promise.

    4/25/05
Pips, continues to have withdraw issues. Currently they claim to be almost 4 months backlogged, however they have also just warned that another bank has dropped them. This combined with numerous articles in local newspapers claiming PIPs is a scam, has brought a lot of negative attention to the program. I guess we all just have to wait and see what happens with one of the largest HYIPs ever.

    5/2/05
Pips continues to have problems. Withdraws have virtually stopped, and Bryan continues to feed excuse after excuse to its members. He has recently stated that withdraws will start back up very shortly. In the meantime, there have been several reports, particularly from Alaska, warning against Pips, claiming it is a ponzi scheme. The next month or two should really be filled with news. Postive, or Negative, we really don't know.

    5/9/05
Pips delays continue. Some members are waiting close to 5 months for their withdraws. Despite this, Bryan continues to post positive messages saying things will improve. It's still a wait and see situation.

    5/16/05
Pips supposedly is paying Picpay Merchants on time now. Meaning that the best way to deal with Picpays near worthlessness is to buy products from these merchants.

    5/23/05
Pips and Picpay continue have major issues. Withdraws for members are still behind almost 5 months, and now Merchant withdraws are starting to back up. Bryan claims everything is on track for withdraws to speed up, however we will believe it when we see it.

    5/31/05
Pips continues to issue excuse after excuse for delays. Delays are now just over 5 months for withdraws. Bryan claims that December 2004 withdraws should be completed on Tuesday May 31.

    6/17/05
Pips has taken a turn for the worse. In the last week, Picpay has been locked to spending, Bryan has planned on taking the forum down, and the withdraw situtaion has not improved. Things are looking pretty bad. Unless withdraws can pick up very soon, it looks like pips is dead in the water.

    6/23/05
Pips Has Taken down its forum. There is no public communication between members of pips besides at alternate forums like Talkgold.com and Web-Life.org. Bryan will be giving news updates when members log into their accounts. Right now things don't look all that good. By all means, DO NOT invest into this program for now.

    7/11/05
Pips and Bryan Marsden continue to claim that things are moving along well. It is quite obvious that this is not the truth. Until withdraws are totally caught up, do not spend into this program. Another handfull of cease and desist orders have been issued from various other US states.

    7/25/05
Bryan and Pips claimed to have very good news coming. They stated this about a week ago, and we have yet to hear the news. There has been some speculation that there will be a major restructuring plan for Pips. I guess we will have to wait and see. There has also been speculation that an update will be released on August 2nd. Also there is a very interesting post made at the following url: http://thehyipforum.com/message689-w...t-will-be.html In my opinion its just another stall tactic.

    8/1/05
There has been a major shakeup in the pips camp. Currently there are rumors that Gary Nichols has resigned as well as "Warren" Bryan's attorney. There has not been an update from Bryan himself in over 2 weeks. To us it looks like Pips is gone :( A letter has been written supposedly from their trust manager who just resigned. It is very interesting. Here is a link: http://talkgold.com/forum/showpost.p...82&postcount=5

    8/8/05
Pips Continues it's freefall. The only updates we get from Bryan are those which say, "just wait". It's clear that there will not be any more real news until the program officially collapses.

    8/16/05
The pips saga continues to drag on. Excuse after excuse continues to come out of the pips camp, however there have been no actions to accompany the words. People need to start realizing it's over start the recovery period.

    8/28/05
The Pips fiasco continues. Bank Nagara is supposedly investigating Picpay after dozens of complaints by members. It looks like the investigation could take weeks. The Pips saga will continue to drag on for a while to come. In the last week, Alabama joined the states issuing Cease and Desist orders, not that it really matters. Things look really terrible.

    9/6/05
Pips continues its problems. The bank Nagara investigation is suppsoedly still going on. The pips sites were up online 2 days ago which seemed to get people excited, however the facts are Pips is NOT paying out.

    9/25/05
There has not been any major news out of the Pips camp. Investors are stil im limbo and nothing new has been given to us in some time. We still have those people who are clinging to the last bits of hope, however as each day passes, this hope dwindles.

    10/3/05
Pips Pureinvestors has not made much progress this week. Bryan claims that they will be restructuring the program once the banks investigations are over. People at ROLclub continue to accept donations for Bryan's defence fund, even though there are not even any charges yet. We find this extremely odd and urge everyone to beware of the situation.

    10/11/05
There has not been any major news coming from Pips. You still have the supporters and the naysayers. We think it's quite clear that Pips is a scam and will NOT be returning. There are still people collecting funds for Bryan's defence fund, when he has not even been brought to trial or charged with anything yet. We recommend you do not give any more money to anyone having to do with Pips. This program has followed the all too often series of events we are familiar with when major HYIPs collapse.

    10/18/05
Bryan Marsden continues to drag everyne along. He continues to tell investors that he can not release any information as to what is going on, but eventually things will be better. Seems like a bunch of bull to us. This program is a clear scam.

    And your point is?! LOL.
Zubaidi:Monetary value of the Iraqi dinar must revert to the previous level, or at least to acceptable levels as it is in the Iraqi neighboring states.

Shabibi:The bank wants as a means to affect the economic and monetary policy by making the dinar a valuable and powerful.

There is no point besides just giving the news archives over the last year for the program. If marek wants to remove it its fine. I just don't see a reason to do so.

But the ones listed here are not scams?

I clearly state that 95% of programs end as some sort of ponzi scheme and the main reason I allow talkgold to be so open is because I want members to be aware that they are investng into very risky ventures. If there was a way to tell 100% what programs were legit, and filter out the scams then it would be done, but ask business's like google and yahoo why they dont filter out scams, and they will tell you how impossible it is.
