The animals at talk gold are have a riot with this one, and the poster seems adamant that it comes from gary, giving his email address which apparantly is [email protected].

The latest information I have is that all offices and businesses are closed. A court hearing is on Nov 17 where all charges come up for mention in the Seremban Court. If the Marsdens do no appear, the bistro manager will have to pay RM100,000 on each remand.

BNM have made it clear that they want all businesses to cease and the Marsdens to be charged.

That is all I have and everyhting you read out there is rubbish from what I can see.

To "mention" in this case means a court hearing is held to allow the respective lawyers to indicate whether they are sufficiently prepared for a hearing to proceed.
This allows both the prosecution and the defense to ask for more time to prepare their evidence.
It is also normal at such a hearing for either the defence or prosecution to ask to vary the remand or bail conditions currently imposed, also dependent on any new evidence having been found for either side.
