VAT posted message, that all cards with positive balances, can be still used.
May card had always positive balance and still have. Currently I have $700 USD on my card .
I haven't been able to use my card now for over 2 months. After reading his post I went today to ATM and tried my card again.
Now luck!!!
Has anyone else had luck withdrawing money from their Picpay cards?

Have you ever used it Cindy? If you have then you need to contact them ASAP, if you haven't perhaps you haven't activated it?

I've used my card and it worked just fine. What you need is to follow the instructions that came with the card. Your card came already activated but you must call to obtain your pin number. The number you received is only an access number.

I have used the card on many occasions before. Month early I have withdraw money from it. So the card was active before.
