Thread: What does this info really mean???

Hey now, I just visited a HYIP site that had a post with a link that shows different states here in america along some other countries, that have ordered pips to cease and desist. They call this a ponzi but offer no proof. So what does all this really mean???

A lot of those C & D where about the old 5YP and so pips stopped promoting it or offering it. As for the other ones, they would take info from one C & D and then just copy what it would say from one state without ever investigating and send in their own. No one really did any investigating on their own. None of them really knew what pips did.

they had orders from the top they were the pawns to spread disinformation.
