For them to get out of jail on bail, they would have to meet bail requirements from both courts, not just one since there are two trials involved, and two separate set of charges. The only reason why they are still in jail at this time is because they have not been able to make bail. Had they done so, they would not have been in jail all this time. It is not the authorities that are keeping them in jail, but themselves.

Too bad the Malaysian courts system is so so dead slow. Well we'll just hope that the trial starts in August for real.

It didn't stop others from doing so when their funds were frozen, so it goes without saying they should have been able to do so too. After all, BM was the CEO of a $700 Million Dollar debt-free company, wasn't he?

What about friends, family and supporters posting it for them? Rather odd that Sharon's family has not at least put up her bail don't you think?

Hi all,

Thanks for the kind words on little ol me. We needed that trip because we absolutely don't know anything about KL Court. It was many times bigger than the Seremban one. You can look to my upcoming trip report and a few pictures of the court and the city.

Regarding the funds that are frozen, stands to reason that the money is from the member's deposit therefore evidence and of course they're disallowed to use it. So for bail, either BM or SM's family or friends have to come up with it.

From the sounds of things bat$, you are going to be spending the first half of August in KL. With the first trial for 8/4, and this trial for 8/11, not much time between trials if the first runs 3 days as scheduled. So rest up and get those legs and knees back in great working order. Hopefully your medicine will alleviate the pain and swelling so they don't bother you when you have to go back. I don't envy you making these trips. Time consuming and uproots family too. I really appreciate your willingness to take on this burden for all of us.
