Hey there,

What if there is not enough money collected for the Pips Defense Fund? Will that mean we don't succeed in the hearings?... I guess I am concerned that there is not enough money being collected....

Ive read other posts stating that the final outcome of the investigation will be based on whatever facts are uncovered.

The only reason i can think of is if formal charges are filed at the end of the investigation.

I agree...the final outcome will depend primarily on what the bank finds during this investigation. This is not a trial, it is an investigation. There is a difference. That being said, I do think it is wise for Bryan to have legal counsel during this time, however, not sure how much difference it will make in the end.

Golly the people here are so smart! or maybe I'm just not up to snuff..... But anyhow, my feeling on the matter is that Bryan wants to do whatever it takes to get Pips back....
